▼About CD purchase tickets

To ease congestion at the venue for the release event to be held on Wednesday, July 23rd at the LaLaport Toyosu Seaside Deck Main Stage, we will be using the LINE app to issue numbered CD purchase tickets.

If you would like to purchase a CD, please apply for a numbered ticket by following the instructions below. (Please read the instructions to the end.)

 

[7/23 (Wed) CD purchase advance ticket acceptance]

■Application period: July 16th (Wed) 18:30 to July 19th (Sat) 23:59

■Announcement of serial numbers: July 21st (Monday, national holiday) 18:30

 

*For customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" on the day of the event or who would like to purchase additional CDs, we plan to provide information after the mini live. However, since the number of special event participation tickets is limited, we recommend that you apply for a numbered ticket in advance.

*Please note that depending on the situation of the special event participation tickets, there may be cases where customers do not have a "CD purchase ticket" or there are no further offers for additional purchases.

*Please download the LINE app (free) in advance. Please note that customers who do not have the LINE app cannot apply.

*The scheduled assembly time will also be announced when your serial number is announced.

[How to apply for a CD purchase ticket]

 

1. Add "【Official】ICEx Ticket" as a friend from the link

2. Tap "Apply for release event ticket" in the message

3. Turn on all required items and tap "Allow"

4. Tap "Open" for your desired date

5. Tap "Apply"

6. Tap "OK"

[How to use the "CD purchase ticket" on the day]

1. Your serial number will be displayed on the announcement date. (You will not receive a LINE notification, so please tap the banner in the message to check.)

2. Please make sure to check your serial number and call status, and come to the CD sales area at the scheduled meeting time printed on your ticket.

3. When you are able to enter, you will receive a message on LINE. Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance to the CD sales area. The staff will tap your screen to read the QR code.

*The serial number being called will be displayed on your ticket in real time. Please note that even if you arrive at the CD sales area before the scheduled meeting time, you will not be guided or asked to wait at the venue.

 

[Notes for those who have numbered tickets for applications, operations, and CD purchases] *Please be sure to read.

・The "CD purchase ticket" is free.

・One person may use one device and apply for one ticket. It is prohibited for one person to use multiple devices and apply multiple times. Customers who have multiple devices may be approached by staff.

・If you have a numbered ticket, you can only line up once. This is a rule to allow as many customers as possible to participate, so please be sure to follow it.

・Applications and ticket issuing can only be done via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.

・On the day of the event, customers with CD purchase tickets will be guided to the CD sales booth in the order of their number. Customers without CD purchase tickets can make reservations and purchases after the mini live ends, but if the maximum number of special participation tickets has already been issued, they will not be able to purchase.

・If you have a CD purchase ticket and arrive late at the designated time, you will be guided to the end of the line even if the numbers after your number have already been announced. Please note that depending on the time of your arrival, you may not be able to purchase a CD, receive a priority viewing area ticket, or receive a ticket to participate in the special event you wish to attend.

・When purchasing a CD, family members, friends, and accompanying persons must each apply for a CD purchase ticket. For children under elementary school age who do not have a smartphone, if their guardian has a ticket, they will be guided to the venue together.

・One person can purchase a CD per CD purchase ticket.

・On the day of the event, you will receive a notification on LINE when your number becomes available for entry. (The QR code will not be displayed until you are available for entry.)

・Screenshots of the QR code screen cannot be used. If fraud is confirmed, you will be banned from future events.

Participation will also be refused.

・CD purchase tickets do not have a distribution function, so they cannot be given to others.

・CD purchase tickets cannot be canceled or transferred, even if you are unable to attend.

・We may ask you to verify your identity. Please make sure to bring your ID.

・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be sure not to remove your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event.

・Please note that after sales begin, call times may change depending on the situation.

・It will be possible to check whether or not issued tickets have been used. If it is confirmed that a user is causing a nuisance to other customers, such as issuing tickets when they are not actually attending the event, we will not be able to issue tickets to that user or allow them to participate in future events.

 

▼About the priority viewing area admission tickets

For watching the mini live performance, there will be a "priority viewing area" where you can get a closer look at the event.

To enter the venue you will need a "priority viewing area admission ticket", which will be issued via the LINE app to prevent fraudulent activities such as resale.

*Please note that the number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited. We cannot give them to everyone who has a "CD purchase ticket."

 

[How to issue a "priority viewing area admission ticket"]

1. After scanning the QR code on the CD purchase ticket, please show the screen to the staff. After you purchase the CD, the staff will tap your screen and issue the ticket.

*Please do not operate the machine yourself. If you operate the machine yourself and issue a "priority viewing area admission ticket," it may be invalidated.

2. After purchasing your CD and issuing your ticket, you will be notified of your serial number and meeting time immediately, so please make sure to check your serial number and the meeting time and arrive on time.

3. When you are able to enter, you will receive a message on LINE. Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance to the CD sales area. The staff will tap your screen to read the QR code.

* "Numbered tickets for the priority viewing area" will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who purchase the designated product, one per person per transaction. Please note that the number is limited.

*Numbers for "priority viewing area admission tickets" will be issued randomly, not in order of purchase.

*The serial number being called will be displayed on your ticket in real time. Please note that even if you arrive at the venue before the scheduled meeting time, you will not be guided in or be asked to wait at the venue.

 

[Notes regarding priority viewing area admission tickets]

・The "priority viewing area admission ticket" is free.

- "Priority viewing area admission tickets" can only be obtained once per person and account.

・Numbered tickets can only be issued via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.

・One person will be guided into the priority viewing area in the order of their ticket number. For children under elementary school age who do not have a smartphone, their guardian will guide them in together if they have a ticket.

・Priority viewing area admission tickets do not have a distribution function, so they cannot be transferred to other people. Priority viewing area admission tickets cannot be canceled or transferred even if you are unable to attend the event.
