To all guests attending the ICEx release event on Sunday, July 20th

On the day of the opening of the facility, in consideration of safety issues such as running into the facility,

For customers wishing to view the front area on the 2nd floor, we plan to allow entry before opening.

If you arrive before the facility opens, please line up at the outdoor "Noki Park" on the 1st floor (northwest entrance side) of Seven Park Tenbi.

We plan to begin guiding those in line from around 9:40, starting with the front of the queue.

Admission will close when the last person in line has entered the building.

Late arrivals will not be allowed in and we ask that you enter after the facility opens.

*Please note that the tour time may be earlier depending on the situation on the day.

*Please note that for safety reasons, viewing may be refused depending on the level of congestion.

 

However, admission will only be granted to those who agree to the following points:

・Once you have entered, you will not be able to move around the venue or go to purchase CDs, etc. until the facility opens at 10am.

-As the facility has not yet opened, you will not be able to use the restrooms etc. until 10am when the facility opens.

・Leaving your belongings behind and leaving the venue for an extended period of time is prohibited. If you need to leave the venue to use the restroom, buy a CD, etc.,

Please meet the people in front, behind, and on both sides of you, and be considerate to each other to avoid any trouble later. The organizers, venue, and management will not take any responsibility.

・Please note that seats and chairs cannot be used.
