Customers who reserve a CD at the venue on the day of the event will receive a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)" and will also be able to participate in a special event.

Talk event & fan meeting

Event details: Farewell session / Group photo session / 15th anniversary two-shot photo session

*A "Question Box for the Members" will be set up inside the venue. The members are scheduled to answer questions submitted by everyone during the talk event.

The question box will be collected at 12:00, so please submit your questions as soon as possible. We look forward to receiving many questions from everyone!

To attend the talk event, a "priority viewing area" will be provided, allowing you to watch the event from closer up. Entry to this area requires a "priority viewing area admission ticket (with a serial number)."

[Regarding the holding of outdoor events]

・As the event will be held outdoors, please take precautions against heatstroke such as bringing a hat, towel, and handy cooling fan, drinking plenty of water, consuming an appropriate amount of salt, and taking breaks, as well as taking measures to protect yourself from the cold in case the temperature drops in the evening.

・If you are feeling unwell or become unwell, please inform a member of staff. Also, if you notice any other customers around you showing signs of a sudden change in their health or becoming unwell, please inform a member of staff.

・Please be careful not to overexert yourself when participating.

- The organizers, performers, and facility staff will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation in the event of an emergency.

The venue is an open outdoor space. The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine, but may be canceled, interrupted, or modified in case of severe weather.

• The use of umbrellas will be restricted during the event. If the event is held in case of rain, please bring your own rain gear such as a raincoat.

[How to participate in the event]

To alleviate congestion at the CD purchase counter during this event, we will be implementing a pre-registration lottery system using the LINE app for "CD purchase tickets." Customers wishing to purchase CDs must apply for a CD purchase ticket in advance. Customers without a CD purchase ticket may not be able to purchase CDs. Please note that we do not accept reservations via the Tower Records online site.

・To register your reservation, we will need your mobile phone number and email address.

Customers who are already registered with Tower Records Members can make reservations after logging in with their registered email address and password.

・Customers who are not Tower Records Members can either register as a new member or make a reservation without registering.

About receiving your order

You can choose to receive your product from the following options:

Store pickup: Pick up your order at Tower Records Seven Park Ario Kashiwa store (you cannot specify a store).

Home Delivery: Shipping fee 900 yen (Shipping to hotels or overseas is not accepted.)

*If you preorder through Tower Records Members, you can use the combined delivery service, which will make shipping free from the second order onwards to the address where you preordered your first order via home delivery. If you preorder through a non-membership service, combined delivery is not available.

*Changes to the method of receipt cannot be made after payment is completed.

- In-store pickup of your order will be available from the evening of August 10th (Monday) onwards.

・If you have requested delivery, we will deliver your order in order from the scheduled shipping date listed on the reservation registration screen.

The reservation period for the product is four weeks from the release date, until September 8th (Tuesday).

・Once the reservation period has expired, the item cannot be returned to you. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to refund the purchase price.

Additionally, if you do not receive the item within a certain period, any costs incurred for redelivery or forwarding will be borne by you.

[Regarding viewing the talk event (numbered ticket for entry to the priority viewing area)]

・Entry to the priority viewing area in front of the stage requires a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)". These tickets will be issued via the LINE app on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who purchase eligible products, one ticket per person per transaction. Please note that the serial numbers on the "Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets (with serial number)" will be distributed randomly, not in the order of purchase.

After those with the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with a number)' have entered, free entry will be allowed if there is space available in the event area.

- Please be sure to arrive punctually at the meeting point listed on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)."

- For each "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)", one person will be admitted in the order of the numbers printed on the ticket.

- Regardless of the number of tickets purchased, each person will receive only one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)" per transaction.
