Customers who reserve a CD at the venue on the day of the event will receive a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)" and will also be able to participate in a special event.

Talk event & fan meeting

Event details: Farewell session / Group photo session / 15th anniversary two-shot photo session

To attend the talk event, a "priority viewing area" will be provided, allowing you to watch the event from closer up. Entry to this area requires a "priority viewing area admission ticket (with a serial number)."

For details on the "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)," please see the "Event Participation Method" below.

[Regarding the holding of outdoor events]

・As the event will be held outdoors, please take precautions against heatstroke such as bringing a hat, towel, and handy cooling fan, drinking plenty of water, consuming an appropriate amount of salt, and taking breaks, as well as taking measures to protect yourself from the cold in case the temperature drops in the evening.

・If you are feeling unwell or become unwell, please inform a member of staff. Also, if you notice any other customers around you showing signs of a sudden change in their health or becoming unwell, please inform a member of staff.

・Please be careful not to overexert yourself when participating.

- The organizers, performers, and facility staff will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation in the event of an emergency.

The venue is an open outdoor space. The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine, but may be canceled, interrupted, or modified in case of severe weather.

• The use of umbrellas will be restricted during the event. If the event is held in case of rain, please bring your own rain gear such as a raincoat.

[How to participate in the event]

To alleviate congestion when purchasing CDs at this event, we will be implementing a pre-registration lottery system using the LINE app to issue "CD purchase tickets."

Customers wishing to purchase a CD must apply for a CD purchase ticket in advance.

Customers without a CD purchase ticket may not be able to purchase the CD.

[For in-store pickup]

・You will receive product exchange vouchers for the number of items you reserved.

• Products must be picked up at HMV Aeon Mall Musashimurayama store.

• A "product exchange voucher" will be issued for each product specification, so please let us know when you make your reservation.

• Collection period: 2 weeks from the release date

If the item is not picked up within the specified period, it will not be handed over to you (no refund will be given).

• You will need your "product exchange voucher" to receive your product (lost vouchers cannot be reissued).

[For delivery]

・You will receive a "product registration card" for each item you reserve.

A "Product Registration Card" will be issued for each product specification, so please request it when making your reservation.

• When you make a reservation, you will receive a "Product Registration Card" and a "Delivery Card (Delivery Address Card)" (neither can be reissued).

Please be sure to check the number of each card you receive at the time of purchase.

- We cannot ship items reserved at other venues together.

If you require delivery, a delivery fee of 900 yen will be charged, and we will provide you with a "Delivery Card (Recipient Card)".

• You can register up to 30 items per shipping card.

Depending on shipping conditions, it may take 1-2 weeks from the release date for delivery.

[Regarding viewing the talk event (numbered ticket for entry to the priority viewing area)]

・Entry to the priority viewing area in front of the stage requires a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)". These tickets will be issued via the LINE app on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who purchase eligible products, one ticket per person per transaction. Please note that the serial numbers on the "Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets (with serial number)" will be distributed randomly, not in the order of purchase.

After those with the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with a number)' have entered, free entry will be allowed if there is space available in the event area.

- Please be sure to arrive punctually at the meeting point listed on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)."

- For each "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)", one person will be admitted in the order of the numbers printed on the ticket.

- Regardless of the number of tickets purchased, each person will receive only one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)" per transaction. You cannot reserve multiple tickets for companions arriving later.
