"Upgrade tickets" can only be applied for by those who have won a "reserved seat" ticket in the applicable advance sale and have completed payment.

*If you do not have a reserved seat ticket purchased through the applicable advance sale, you cannot apply. Those who have not paid or have been unsuccessful are not eligible.
