Merchandise sales will be limited to those who hold tickets for the relevant performance only.

●When purchasing an item, please be sure to check the item, number of items, total amount, etc. at the register. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for incorrect product contents after you have left the register.

Returns and exchanges for items other than defective products are not allowed. If there is a defect in the product, exchanges will only be handled on the same day at the venue, so please check the product after receiving it.

Future exchange requests may require the customer to bear the shipping costs.

●When purchasing light items, please be sure to check that they light up and are in good condition before the show begins. Exchanges for defective products will require us to take the item out of the bag for inspection. We will also check the new product for defects after removing it from the bag during the exchange.
