[Requests for visitors]

・If you have a fever or any other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending.

[About support goods]

・Only official penlights and official fans may be used as cheering goods.

・Bringing in and using unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, light items, handmade fans, and message boards is prohibited.

・When using a penlight, please use it at a height that does not obstruct the view of other customers. Also, please attach the strap attached to the penlight to your hand and be careful not to drop it.

[Regarding admission]

- Random identity checks will be conducted at the entrance and within the audience area.

Please make sure to bring identification (originals only, no copies accepted) for all persons registered at the time of purchase.

・After tickets are issued, electronic tickets must be distributed one per person before entering the venue.

Please complete the issuance and distribution of your electronic tickets in advance.

If you are unable to display your ticket or do not have a smartphone, please come to the e-ticket inquiry desk on the day of the performance and bring the ID card of the person registered at the time of purchase (copies are not accepted, only the original is valid).

*If you purchase family (carriage) seats, please enter together without splitting up. Separate entries are not allowed.

On the day of the performance, please come to the e-ticket inquiry desk with ID (copies not accepted, only originals are accepted) for all members registered at the time of purchase. Family (car number) seats are valid for the ages as of the performance date.

- There are a limited number of restrooms within the venue and they may be crowded.

Please use the restroom, if possible, before entering the venue.

・We are unable to store any of your luggage.

In addition, carrying cases will not be permitted inside the venue.

Please use coin lockers nearby or at the station.

・Please keep your luggage and valuables in your own care.

The organizers, venue, and performers cannot be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

- Anything that obstructs the view of other customers, such as tall headbands or tall hats, is prohibited inside the audience area.

Heels over 6cm and thick soles over 6cm are also prohibited as they may obstruct the view of other customers and there are many steps inside the venue, which may increase the risk of accidents or injuries.

[Requests and other precautions when viewing the exhibition]

- On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the rules set by the organizers.

・Videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public.

- Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording functions, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience seats and stage).

If you see anyone taking photographs or videos or recording audio, please contact a member of staff nearby.

If prohibited actions are discovered, there may be confiscation of recording media and deletion of data, and you may be asked to leave.

・Please be sure to watch from your seat. You may stand during the performance (in the Family car, you must sit during the performance and standing is prohibited).

・Seat changes or moves are strictly prohibited. Please be sure to watch the show from the seat indicated on your ticket.

・If you start feeling unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and speak to a member of staff nearby.

・Entry into the venue while under the influence of alcohol or consumption of alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited.

If you see any customers drinking alcohol inside the venue, please speak to a member of staff nearby.

If prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave.

・Please note that for this performance, we are unable to accept any congratulatory flowers, letters, gifts, etc. from the audience to the performers.

I will decline all of them.

・Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

・After the performance, we may restrict exit to reduce congestion.

・Anyone who causes a nuisance inside or outside the venue or does not follow the instructions of staff may be forced to leave or denied entry. In such cases, we will not refund the ticket price or compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation expenses, etc. (including cancellation fees).

The above precautions may be subject to change depending on the situation at the time of the event.
