Customers who have purchased upgrade tickets are requested to exchange their merchandise at the upgrade-only bonus redemption booth during the reception hours for the performance for which they have tickets.

About the designs of the [Group Fans]
*The design of the group of the fan club (or in the case of KIRARI, the member) that you registered when applying for the ticket you won will be the design of the group.
*If you purchase two or more tickets, any accompanying persons will receive fans with the same design as the representative.
*When exchanging on the day, you cannot choose a design for a group other than the one you registered at the time of application, and you cannot change the design for only your companion.
*Those who purchase tickets in advance for Stardust Channel members will be given a random ticket from a total of nine designs. If you purchase two or more tickets, the design may be different.
★How to distribute "Upgrade Limited Goods Exchange Ticket"/receive limited goods
To exchange for upgrade limited goods (hereinafter referred to as limited goods), you will need an "exchange voucher (electronic)" which is provided separately from the performance ticket.
*It is expected to be crowded on the day.
If you are purchasing two or more tickets, we ask that the representative of the applicant exchange all tickets for your companions at once, where possible.
For those who have purchased two or more tickets and would like to exchange them separately
*The "exchange voucher" for the representative applicant cannot be distributed to accompanying persons. The representative applicant must exchange the voucher themselves.
*The representative of the application can distribute "exchange vouchers" to accompanying persons only.
*If you wish to exchange the tickets separately, please be sure to distribute the "exchange ticket" to your companions before the representative of the application exchanges the tickets. Only after receiving the distribution will the companions be able to exchange the tickets by themselves.
*Once the representative has redeemed the tickets, they cannot be distributed under any circumstances. Please be sure to distribute the tickets before redeeming them.
How to display the voucher
① Ticket board My Page Access
② From the application details, tap "View tickets" for the relevant ticket.
③ Once you are connected to the ticket details screen, the "exchange voucher" will be displayed.
How to receive
*Please wait and do not proceed beyond the above screen.
Please show the above screen to the staff at the exchange counter.
After checking the screen at the counter, staff will explain how to operate it and then hand you a fan and VIP pass.
*Please note that if you accidentally use the exchange ticket before exchanging it for the goods, you will not be able to exchange it for the limited edition goods.
*When receiving your goods, please be sure to check the number and design with the staff.
Please note that we cannot handle any issues regarding incorrect numbers or designs after you have left the exchange counter.
Notes
*The distribution of merchandise exchange tickets and performance tickets is not linked.
*Even if you have distributed merchandise exchange tickets, you will need to distribute performance tickets separately.
*We cannot accept delivery of the bonus, exchange at a later date, or exchange on other performance days. Please be sure to exchange the bonus during the exchange time on the day of the performance.
*If you notice any defects in the goods you received, please speak to a member of staff at the upgrade limited bonus exchange booth during the exchange time on the day of exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges after the performance or at a later date.
