[About support goods]
・Only official penlights and official fans may be used as cheering goods.
・Bringing in and using unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, light items, handmade fans, and message boards is prohibited.
Please attach the strap on the penlight to your hand and take sufficient care to prevent dropping it.

[Regarding tickets]
●Tickets for this performance are sold as designated event admission tickets. Transfers are not permitted without the organizer's consent, regardless of whether they are paid or free.
●Fraudulent acts such as the transfer and resale of tickets are prohibited under any circumstances. Purchasing tickets through unauthorized sales, and the fraudulent transfer and resale of purchased tickets are strictly prohibited.
●If you purchase multiple tickets, you must distribute the electronic tickets one by one to each person before entering the venue. (The distribution start date and time will be announced at the time of application.)
If you are unable to display your ticket, or if you are a minor and do not have a mobile phone, please bring the identification document (copies not accepted, only originals are valid, expired tickets are invalid) of the person registered at the time of purchase and visit the electronic ticket inquiry desk on the day of the performance.

●Tickets for "Family (Car Number) Seats" cannot be shared; please enter together with your companion. Separate entry is not permitted.
● Except in the case of performance cancellation, refunds will not be issued for changes in performers or guidelines, or if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons.
●If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, please use the official ticket trade (resale) service, which is available until 6:00 PM the day before each performance. Please note that upgraded seats and some advance tickets are not eligible for resale.
●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. (including cancellation fees).
If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact us in advance after purchasing your ticket.
[Regarding your visit and viewing]
●Please enjoy the event in accordance with the rules set by the organizer.
●The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
●We will randomly check the identity of all guests at the entrance and in the auditorium. Please make sure to bring identification (copies are not accepted, only the original is valid, and expired identification is invalid) for all guests who registered at the time of purchase.

●Wearing heels or platform shoes (6cm or higher) is prohibited due to the risk of falls and injuries. Additionally, wearing tall headbands, hats, or anything that obstructs the view of other spectators is prohibited.
If you have a fever or are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending. In that case, please note that tickets will not be refunded.
●If you start feeling unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and inform a member of staff.
●Entry under the influence of alcohol, bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue, and drinking alcohol inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
If you see any customers drinking alcohol inside the venue, please speak to a member of staff. If prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave.
●We are unable to store any luggage belongings of our customers.
●Please note that videos and photos taken inside the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
●Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording functions, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience seats and stage), regardless of whether the venue is open, during the show, or after the show has ended.
If prohibited behavior is discovered, recording media may be confiscated, data may be deleted, and you may be asked to leave. If you see anyone taking photos, videos, or recording audio, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
However, photography will only be permitted during the live performance or at the designated time if the organizer grants permission for photography before the performance begins.
●Seat changes or moves are strictly prohibited. Please enter and watch the show according to the seat or serial number printed on your ticket.
●Please refrain from any actions that may disrupt the performance or any surprise plans by customers. Furthermore, even if you inquire about permission to carry out a plan, the organizers will not provide any mediation, cooperation, or support.
●For this performance, we will decline all gifts of congratulations to the performers, such as flowers and letters.
●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

●After the performance, we may restrict exit to reduce congestion.
