For customers who have tickets for "EBiDAN THE LIVE 2026 15th Anniversary" but are no longer able to attend, we have decided to hold a ticket exchange on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5th.

*Please note that the performers may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be available in the event of such changes.

*Resale and transfer of tickets for this performance are strictly prohibited. Please note that this includes not only resale for profit, but also resale at face value and the exchange of tickets without any monetary exchange.

*We will randomly verify your identity at the entrance and within the seating area. Please be sure to bring identification documents (copies not accepted, only originals are valid, expired documents are invalid) for everyone registered at the time of purchase.

If the name on your ticket does not match the name of the person attending, or if we are unable to verify your identity, we reserve the right to refuse entry. In such cases, we will not be able to issue any refunds for your ticket, so please be aware of this in advance.

*If any person found to be engaging in resale or transfer activities is a member of "Each Group's Fan Club / +KIRARI", "Stardust Channel", or "EBiDAN (who possesses a "Plus member ID" linked to EBiDAN OFFICIAL SITE)", we will terminate their membership regardless of the reason.
