In order to reduce congestion at the venue, we will be issuing "CD purchase numbered tickets" using LIVE POCKET for CD pre-orders at the release event to be held on Wednesday, May 8th at the HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA 6F event space. Customers who wish to purchase a CD should apply for a numbered ticket by following the instructions below. (Please read the instructions to the end)

[What happens after you get a ticket]

・Receive your "admission ticket with QR code" from My Tickets on LivePocket and present the screen with the QR code displayed on it on the day of the event.

・When lining up, we may need to authenticate your ticket (by reading the QR code) and confirm your identity.

・If identity verification is conducted, anyone whose name and date of birth on their admission ticket differ from that on their identification will not be allowed to line up or make a purchase.

*Under any circumstances, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for products due to customer's own reasons. In the event of a product defect, we will exchange it for a good product after checking. *Please note that we cannot accept changes to products after purchase.
