We are pleased to announce details of the ICEx major 1st album "Retro Toy Pop" release event "21 Ice ~Mix~" to be held on Saturday, September 28th!

The following actions are strictly prohibited at release events.

<Prohibited acts>

①Photography / audio recording / filming

2. Taking up space in a waiting line or cutting in line (including cutting in line by inviting a companion)

③ Transfer or resale of event tickets (including priority area admission tickets) and proxy purchase or reservation of products

④ Any other prohibited acts listed in the notes below.

 

If any of the above prohibited acts are discovered, we will take the following measures:

① Confiscation of special event participation tickets

② Prohibition from participating in the event on that day (and in some cases, prohibition from participating in any future events)

Mini live show & special event

 

*A special event will be held after the mini live concert for those who purchase the target product "Retro Toy Pop" (First Limited Edition A: VIZL-2348 / First Limited Edition B: VIZL-2349 / Regular Edition: VICL-65993) at the venue on the day.

*A "priority viewing area" will be set up for the mini live performance, where you can watch the event from a closer distance. A "priority viewing area admission ticket" is required to enter this area.

※The mini live is free for anyone to watch, but only in the free space designated at the venue. Viewing in areas other than the designated space is not permitted. Due to limited space at the venue, restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation.

[How to participate in the event]

In order to ease congestion at the CD sales reception desk at this release event, we will be introducing a "CD purchase numbered ticket" system that uses a lottery system for advance application via the LINE app. In addition, "priority viewing area admission tickets" will also be issued via the LINE app. Please check the following for more information on "CD purchase numbered tickets" and "priority viewing area admission tickets."

*Please download the LINE app (free) in advance. Please note that customers who do not have the LINE app cannot apply.

 

On the day of the event, those who have a "CD purchase ticket" will be guided to the special CD sales booth in the order of their ticket numbers, and tickets will be handed out to customers who purchase the designated products.

 

★Priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number): Issued via the LINE app on a first-come, first-served basis, one ticket per person per transaction.

*Payment methods include cash, credit card, various electronic money, and QR code payment. *Various point cards and parking ticket services are not applicable.

<About purchasing additional CDs after the mini live>

Depending on the number of customers participating on the day, the distribution limit for bonus tickets may be reached and sales may close. In that case, no additional tickets will be sold. For more information, please check the announcement at the venue on the day.

 

 

[About the priority viewing area]

You will be admitted to the designated area based on the serial number issued in the lottery for the priority viewing area.

*Depending on the situation on the day, customers who do not have priority viewing area admission tickets may be guided in after customers with numbered tickets have entered.

*Please arrive punctually at the meeting point listed on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket."

*For each "priority viewing area admission ticket," one person will be admitted in the order of the number printed on the ticket.

*Regardless of the number of reservations, one "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be given per person per transaction. You cannot reserve multiple tickets at once for companions who will arrive later.

*Numbered tickets for the priority viewing area will be handed out randomly, not in order of reservation.

*To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need one "priority viewing area admission ticket."

* Bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the priority viewing area is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.

*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited.

*Priority viewing area admission tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

*If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the back number.

*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.

 

▼Notes regarding viewing the mini live show

*During the mini live, please be careful not to point your smartphone, camera, etc. towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If you are suspicious, the staff will speak to you and check the contents of your smartphone or camera.

*If any trouble occurs between customers, the parties involved must resolve it between themselves. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.

*If any suspicious behavior is detected, we may contact you, check your camera roll, recording list, and in some cases hidden or password protected photo file storage folders, the status of apps being used, etc. If any prohibited behavior is detected, we will ask you to delete all of the relevant photo and recording data, check your ID, confiscate all participation tickets, and ask you to leave.

*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.

*Please refrain from bringing in items that obstruct your view, such as message boards, into the venue as they will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding penlights, towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.

*Please refrain from viewing the event while standing on venue equipment such as ladders, platforms, or benches.

<The whole event>

*Wearing masks during the special event will be left to the individual's discretion.

*Please understand that we may have to cancel the participation of any special event due to the health of the members on the day. In addition, the special event is an event to show gratitude to those who purchased products, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members, etc.

*If the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.

*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

*As soon as preparations are complete, the events will begin in the following order: Triple High Touch Event → 3-shot Photo Session → 2-shot Photo Session → Individual Postcard Distribution Event. The contents of the special events may change. Please check the progress of the event as instructed by the staff at the venue. Please be sure to check the number of special tickets you have in hand so that you do not use any of them or miss out on participating.

*If time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line clears. Also, once we set the end of the line, we will stop accepting new entries, so please join us as soon as possible.

*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.

*On the day of the event, we will refuse entry to anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who has cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.

*Please watch from the location instructed by the staff within the event space. You cannot move during the mini live. If you do not follow the amulet, you will be asked to leave. Also, depending on the situation, the mini live and the special event may be terminated.

*Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In that case, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.

*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.

 

<Triple High Touch Event>

*Any actions other than high-fiving are prohibited.

*For each participation, you will be asked to high-five three times in a row.

*Participation with hand luggage is prohibited. Participation with fans, boards, etc. is also not permitted.

*If participants are elementary school students or older, one "Triple High Touch Event Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line each time.

 

<3-shot photo session / 2-shot photo session>

*You cannot specify poses or facial expressions for the members. In addition, making them hold or wear objects is also prohibited. The designated poses will be announced at the venue on the day.

*The "3-shot photo session" will involve a three-shot photo shoot with two members and one customer.

*The "2-shot photo session" will involve a two-shot photo shoot between one customer and a member of your choice.

*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.

*Staff will take your camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device. You will not be allowed to take photos with other devices (instax, digital cameras, film cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, etc.). Please make sure you can launch the camera app immediately before lining up for the special event.

* Film cameras, digital cameras, and other specialized photography equipment cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will take great care in handling your equipment, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.

*The camera mode must be the normal one when taking photos. The use of apps, etc. is prohibited.

*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.

*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "3-shot photo session participation ticket" will be required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be one preschool child per parent. When taking photos, the parent or guardian should hold the child in their arms or have them sit on their lap.

*Please note that you are not allowed to bring any hand luggage during the photo shoot. Any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily kept in custody before the shoot. You will also not be allowed to bring fans, boards, etc.

*If you are using an iPhone device (or if you are using a device other than an iPhone that has iOS installed), please hand the camera over to the staff member who will receive the camera with the home screen displayed, not with the camera turned on. The staff member will check and operate the screen recording and audio recording functions to make sure they are not operating. Since the screen recording function will not start unless the device is operated for the purpose of recording the screen, if the screen recording function is operating when the staff member checks the device after collecting the bonus ticket, it will be deemed to be an "intentional attempt to record a video of the bonus event and to disrupt the smooth operation and progress of the event, and the recording function will be stopped and the device will be returned to you without recording the bonus event. In that case, the bonus ticket will be collected as it is and will not be returned, so please be careful. All data taken during or after shooting with video recording, audio recording, and screen capture functions other than still images (e.g. iOS Live Photos function, screen recording function, etc.) turned on will be deleted, and only the device will be returned to you as it is.

*Please make sure to turn off the "preview shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Preview shooting" from the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Be sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode. In order to check the settings, the order in which we guide you to shoot may change in some cases.

*If the on-site staff suspects that you are recording using a function other than screen recording, you may be asked to close all running apps. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to the closing of apps.

*As a general rule, you cannot take a photo again. However, staff may ask you to take a photo again at their discretion. In that case, we will take the photo again and then completely delete the first photo data. If you are using an iPhone, please also delete it from the "Recently Deleted Files" folder. In particular, if you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you come back, so please understand this in advance and be sure to check for any problems immediately after taking the photo.

*We do not recommend using the flash/strobe function on smartphones, tablets, etc. If the image becomes washed out or dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot retake the image, so we recommend that you turn off the flash function and set it to a mode that allows you to shoot in natural light.

*Depending on the angle, people other than the customers and members, or equipment, etc. may appear in the background. Please note that the shooting location cannot be moved.

*Please note that customers who have finished taking photos or customers who are not the subject of the photo shoot are not allowed to meet or stand near the photo location.

 

<I Love Hollywood

*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.

*Participation with hand luggage is prohibited. Participation with fans, boards, etc. is also not permitted.

*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "I Love Hollywood Party Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line each time.

 

<Member-specific postcard distribution event>

*Going around directly behind a member or sitting or crouching is prohibited.

*If participants are elementary school students or older, one "Member Postcard Distribution Event Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line each time.

 

▼Other notes

*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.

*Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If you are observed engaging in such behavior, you will be asked to move away.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft that occurs inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs etc. will be borne by the customer.

*The venue is outdoors. Please use hats, towels, parasols, etc. to protect yourself from direct sunlight. (The use of parasols is prohibited only during the mini live performance.)

Please wear clothing that can withstand changing weather conditions and take good care of your health.

*In order to prevent accidents, the use of umbrellas is prohibited in the event of rain. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat. The mini live may also be canceled due to weather conditions. In the event that the mini live is canceled, the special event may be held at the venue only.

*The event time may vary slightly.

*Please refrain from handing letters or gifts directly to the members.

*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.

*Please refrain from any actions that disrupt the event or any surprise plans that you have devised, as this may cause confusion.

*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.

*Entry into the plantings and other areas within the venue is strictly prohibited.

*The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

*The act of reserving a spot using baggage, sheets, etc. is strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.

*If complaints are received from the police or venue, the event may be canceled.

*Please take your trash home with you.

*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. There is also a possibility that customers may be filmed. Filmed content may be published on TV, in newspapers, on the Internet, etc.

*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Please be considerate of customers who are not participating in the event.

*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the content of the event.

 

If these precautions are not followed, the event may be canceled.
