・Please select the date and time when you can receive the item.
・Take the application ticket printed out by Loppi and pay at the cash register within 30 minutes.

・Purchases can be made at Lawson or Ministop using the Loppi machines in-store (applications cannot be made from PCs, smartphones or mobile phones).

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be cases where the item you want to receive is not in stock. In that case, please choose another available receiving slot that has stock. Also, please forgive us if the item is sold out.
Anyone can use this service, whether they have a performance ticket or not, as long as they can arrive within the designated time on the day.
・Once the venue exchange ticket has been issued, it is not possible to change the product, receipt date, size, color, or quantity, so please check before purchasing.
