Mini live show & special event
A special event will be held after the mini live for those who purchase the target product 'Riso-kyo' (Limited Edition A: NZS-994 / Limited Edition B: NZS-995 / Regular Edition: NCS-3054) at the venue on the day of the event.
*A "priority viewing area" will be set up for the mini live performance, where you can watch the event from a closer distance. A "priority viewing area admission ticket" is required to enter this area.
※The mini live is free for anyone to watch, but only in the free space designated at the venue. Viewing in areas other than the designated space is not permitted. Due to limited space at the venue, restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation.

[How to participate in the event]
In order to ease congestion at the CD sales reception desk at this release event, we will be introducing a "CD purchase numbered ticket" system that uses a lottery system for advance application via the LINE app. In addition, "priority viewing area admission tickets" will also be issued via the LINE app. Please check the following for more information on "CD purchase numbered tickets" and "priority viewing area admission tickets."
*Please download the LINE app (free) in advance. Please note that customers who do not have the LINE app cannot apply.
On the day of the event, those who have a "CD purchase ticket" will be guided to the special CD sales booth in the order of their ticket numbers, and tickets will be handed out to customers who purchase the designated products.

Lottery ticket for the drawing: 1 ticket for each regular edition reserved.

<Payment method for products>
*Cash and credit cards (only one-time payment) can be used at the special cash register on the day. Electronic money, QR code payments, point cards, gift certificates, coupons, etc. cannot be used.
*We are unable to accept reservations or hold items in advance by phone or other means.
*Please note that if your "serial numbered admission ticket" or "bonus ticket" is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will not be reissued.
Under no circumstances can customers cancel or refund products for their own reasons. Thank you for your understanding. In the case of product defects, we will exchange the item for a good one after confirmation.
<About product reservations, collection and delivery>
About reservations
Reservations can be registered from your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
To register a reservation, a mobile phone number and an email address are required.
Emails will be sent from the domain 'towerrecords.co.jp', so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive them.
The flow from reservation registration to payment is as follows.
Please scan the QR code announced at the reservation venue using your smartphone/mobile phone (except for some models).
Press the 'Create Empty Email' button on the displayed screen, check the sender's address, and then send the empty email as is.
3. Once you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, please access the reservation registration screen using the URL in the email body.
Please choose a method for receiving your product: either pick it up at Tower Records Sapporo Parco or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
Please select your desired reservation product, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register your reservation details.
Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed, so please present the QR code at the venue's cash register.
After confirming your reservation details and making the payment, we will provide you with benefits corresponding to the product.
After the payment is completed, you will receive an email titled "[Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Receipt Method Information" at your registered email address.
※ The "[※ Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Instructions for Receipt" email is necessary for store pickup and inquiries about delivery status, so please do not discard it.
Please keep the product safe until you receive it.
If you have not received the "[Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Receipt Method Notification," please be sure to ask the staff.
The payment methods are cash/credit card (lump sum payment only).
Various electronic money, coupons, and point cards cannot be used.
Changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds after a reservation made by the customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
If you do not have a smartphone or mobile phone, please speak to the staff at the event venue on the day of the event.
About receiving your order
You can choose from the following methods for receiving your product.
Store Pickup: Pickup at Tower Records Sapporo Parco (specific store cannot be designated).
Home Delivery: Shipping fee 900 yen (Shipping to hotels or overseas is not accepted.)
*Changes to the method of receipt after payment is completed are not allowed.
*The shipping fee is 900 yen including tax for each transaction.
Product pickup at the store will be available after the evening of February 25, 2025 (Tuesday).
When receiving the product, please open the URL in the order information contained in the email titled "【※Do Not Discard】Payment Completed/Instructions for Receipt."
Please present the barcode for receiving. The barcode will be displayed from the date of arrival.
For those who have requested delivery, we will ship sequentially from the scheduled shipping date listed in the order information of the email titled "【※Do Not Discard】Payment Completed/Delivery Method Information."
The delivery of products will be made after the release date, as soon as the shipping preparations are complete. Please be aware that there may be cases where delivery cannot be made on the release date. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Depending on the shipping status, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for the product to arrive.
The reservation period for the product is four weeks from the release date.
If you are unable to receive the product by the specified period due to long-term absence, unknown address, or inability to contact for delivery, the product cannot be handed over. In such cases, please be aware that the payment cannot be refunded.
Changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds after a reservation made by the customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances. (This also applies in cases of product delays.)
If you are unable to receive the product within a certain period due to your own circumstances, any costs incurred for re-delivery or forwarding will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
<About purchasing additional CDs after the mini live>
Depending on the number of customers participating on the day, the distribution limit for bonus tickets may be reached and sales may close. In that case, no additional tickets will be sold. For more information, please check the announcement at the venue on the day.
[About the priority viewing area]
You will be admitted to the designated area based on the serial number issued in the lottery for the priority viewing area.
Depending on the situation on the day, customers with priority viewing area entry tickets may be allowed in first, followed by those without tickets. Please check the announcements at the venue for more details.
*Please arrive punctually at the meeting point listed on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket."
*For each "priority viewing area admission ticket," one person will be admitted in the order of the number printed on the ticket.
*Regardless of the number of reservations, one "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be given per person per transaction. You cannot reserve multiple tickets at once for companions who will arrive later.
*Numbered tickets for the priority viewing area will be handed out randomly, not in order of reservation.
*To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need one "priority viewing area admission ticket."
* Bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the priority viewing area is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited.
*Priority viewing area admission tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the back number.
*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.

Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited.
*Please be careful not to point smartphones, cameras, etc. towards the stage where members, staff, or other customers are present. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff may ask questions and check the camera roll, recording lists, and, if necessary, any hidden or password-protected folders containing shooting files, as well as the status of the apps being used.
Please observe from the location indicated by the staff within the event space. Moving around during the mini live performance is not allowed.
Excessive jumping and any actions that disturb other customers are strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from bringing in items that obstruct your view, such as message boards, into the venue as they will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding penlights, towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.
The use of umbrellas and parasols is prohibited during the mini live performance.
Standing or sitting on ladders, platforms, benches, or any venue equipment is prohibited.
▼Notes regarding the special event
<The whole event>
*Please understand that we may have to cancel the participation of any special event due to the health of the members on the day. In addition, the special event is an event to show gratitude to those who purchased products, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members, etc.
*If the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.
*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*The 'Participation Ticket' is only valid on the date of each event, so please be aware.
*16:00~ Real High-Five Meeting → Personal Postcard Handing Event 18:00~ Team & Group Photo Session → Two-Shot Photo Session will be conducted in this order.
*Please note that the details of the special event may change. Please check the progress as guided by the staff on site. Additionally, make sure to check the number of special tickets you have to avoid any unused tickets or missing participation.
Once the line ends, we will start a different benefits event. Additionally, after we set the last position in line, new registrations will be closed, so we kindly ask you to participate as soon as possible.
Due to circumstances on the day of the event, it may be necessary to interrupt or change some aspects of the special event.
*On the day of the event, we will refuse entry to anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who has cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.
Please note that customers who have finished the special event or those who are not eligible for the special event are not allowed to meet or stop near the event location.
For participants who are elementary school students or older, one 'special event participation ticket' is required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be one preschool child per parent. When taking photos, the parent or guardian should hold the child in their arms or have them sit on their lap.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
<lottery>
With one special ticket, you can participate once at the lottery booth set up near the CD sales area.
In a single lottery draw, you can win either Prize A [Polaroid camera] or Prize B [selfie trading card - 8 random types, sometimes with handwritten comments].
<Real High Touch Event>
*Any actions other than high-fiving are prohibited.
*Participants bringing fans, boards, etc. are not permitted.
<Team & Group Shot Photography Session - Two-Person Shot Photography Session>
The camera mode used during shooting will be the normal camera mode.
*You cannot specify poses or facial expressions for the members. In addition, making them hold or wear objects is also prohibited. The designated poses will be announced at the venue on the day.
*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.
*For the "Team & Group Shot Photo Session," members will be divided into two teams, A and B, of 4 people each, and photos will be taken of your group (up to 4 people). Please check the member composition of each team and choose your preferred team, A or B, when you receive your participation ticket.
(For example, if you are participating in a group of four people, you will need four reward tickets, one per person for each of the four people.)
*For customers participating in the team and group photo session, one representative customer will be asked to take the photos using their device. Taking photos using multiple devices is not permitted.
*Customers can participate in the team and group photo session even if they are alone.
*Photography will be conducted by staff using either the customer's camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. We will take great care in handling your devices, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.
*During the shoot, participation with personal belongings is prohibited.
The staff will check whether the screen recording and audio recording functions are active. Please note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when checking the device after collecting the special ticket, it will be deemed an act of attempting to record the event intentionally, which disrupts the smooth operation and progress of the event. In this case, the recording function will be stopped, and the device will be returned without any recordings.
At that time, the special tickets will be collected as is and cannot be returned, so please be very careful.
If video recording, audio recording, or screen capture features (e.g., iOS Live Photos, screen recording, etc.) are ON during or after the shoot, all recorded data will be deleted, and only the device will be returned as is.
*Please make sure to turn off the "preview shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Preview shooting" from the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Be sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode. In order to check the settings, the order in which we guide you to shoot may change in some cases.
*If the on-site staff suspects that you are recording using a function other than screen recording, you may be asked to close all running apps. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to the closing of apps.
*As a general rule, you cannot take a photo again. However, staff may ask you to take a photo again at their discretion. In that case, we will take the photo again and then completely delete the first photo data. If you are using an iPhone, please also delete it from the "Recently Deleted Files" folder. In particular, if you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you come back, so please understand this in advance and be sure to check for any problems immediately after taking the photo.
*We do not recommend using the flash/strobe function on smartphones, tablets, etc. If the image becomes washed out or dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot retake the image, so we recommend that you turn off the flash function and set it to a mode that allows you to shoot in natural light.
*Depending on the angle, people other than the customers and members, or equipment, etc. may appear in the background. Please note that the shooting location cannot be moved.
<Member-specific postcard distribution event>
*Going around directly behind a member or sitting or crouching is prohibited.
▼Other notes
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
Please cooperate in securing space for passage. Additionally, waiting, sitting, or lingering in the vicinity of the event space, as well as in aisles or inside the store, is strictly prohibited.
*The act of reserving spaces using personal belongings such as bags and sheets, both inside and outside the venue, is strictly prohibited. Any unattended items and sheets will be removed by staff and security. Furthermore, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any items that are removed or left unattended.*
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft that occurs inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*If any trouble occurs between customers, the parties involved must resolve it between themselves. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.
*Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In that case, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs etc. will be borne by the customer.
*The venue is outdoors. Please take measures against the cold. We ask that you participate in clothing suitable for changes in weather and pay careful attention to your health management.
*In order to prevent accidents, the use of umbrellas is prohibited in the event of rain. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat. The mini live may also be canceled due to weather conditions. In the event that the mini live is canceled, the special event may be held at the venue only.
*The event time may vary slightly.
*Please refrain from handing letters or gifts directly to the members.
*Please refrain from any actions that disrupt the event or any surprise plans that you have devised, as this may cause confusion.
*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.
*Entry into the plantings and other areas within the venue is strictly prohibited.
*If complaints are received from the police or venue, the event may be canceled.
*Please take your trash home with you.
*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. There is also a possibility that customers may be filmed. Filmed content may be published on TV, in newspapers, on the Internet, etc.
*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Please be considerate of customers who are not participating in the event.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the content of the event.
If these precautions are not followed, the event may be canceled.
