We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you who always observe good manners when visiting the exhibition.

However, unfortunately, we have received multiple reports of prohibited behavior by some customers.

Once again, please be sure to read the following precautions and we ask for your understanding and cooperation when attending the event.

■ Regarding ticket resale and transfer

Tickets for this performance are sold as specific performance admission tickets.

Fraudulent activities such as ticket transfer and resale are prohibited.Absolutely prohibitedis.

Tickets purchased through any other means than official ticket agencies or ticket trading/resale services will be invalid.

Tickets cannot be transferred (including the right to purchase) to a third party without the consent of the organizer, whether for a fee or free of charge.

Tickets can only be used by the person who purchased them. Acts such as letting someone else enter on your behalf or lending your mobile device are strictly prohibited.

Resale and transfer actions include the following:

- Transfer or delivery to a third party, regardless of whether it is at list price, below list price, or free of charge

- Buying, selling, listing or bidding on auction sites or unofficial ticket resale sites (Ticket Distribution Center, Ticket Jam, etc.)

・Transactions through purchasing agents or ticket shops

・Other transactions, such as buying, selling, and exchanging online

・Ticket transfers and exchanges via social media (X, Instagram, LINE, etc.)

If it is confirmed that the ticket has been obtained through fraudulent transactions, transfer, or resale, you will not only be denied entry, but you will also be asked to leave even during the performance.

Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be given for the ticket price.

To avoid being scammed or experiencing any other problems, please refrain from purchasing or trading through unofficial channels.

■About identity verification

We may ask you to verify your identity at the entrance and in the auditorium. Please make sure to bring identification (originals only, no copies accepted) for all persons registered at the time of purchase.

■ Regarding seat exchanges and transfers

Changing or moving seats within the venue is strictly prohibited.

Please be sure to watch from the seat indicated on your ticket.
