In order to further improve our services, M!LK official website and fan club "PREMIUM MILK" will be undergoing a renewal on the following dates.

■Renewal implementation date and time

Thursday, November 6, 2025 18:00

In conjunction with the renewal, maintenance will be carried out as follows.

・Maintenance period: Thursday, November 6, 2025, 10:00-17:59

*The site will not be available during maintenance.

*During this period, FC collaboration on the EBiDAN site will also be temporarily suspended.

■Important notice regarding renewal

◆ About transferring membership information

With the renewal, the login ID will be changed from the current "STARDUST ID" to "Bitfan ID".

After the renewal, you will need to follow the steps below to transfer your membership information.

By completing the transfer procedure,

・Membership date

・Membership number

・Remaining expiration date

I will pass on the above information.

*The information that will be transferred will be as of 10:00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

<Transfer procedure>

1. Register for a free membership on the renewed website (if you already have a Bitfan ID, just log in).

2. Tap "Transfer PREMIUM MILK" on My Page

3. Enter your "membership number" and "date of birth (8 digits)" registered on the current site.

4. Your membership date, membership number, and expiration date will be carried over.

*The transfer period is until the end of the second month following the membership expiration month.

*If you do not complete the transfer procedure, automatic renewal will be invalid and your subscription will be canceled.

After 10:00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025, My Page on the current site will no longer be available.

To transfer your membership after the renewal, you will need the "membership number" and "date of birth" registered on the current site.

Before renewing your account, we recommend that you make a note of the information on your My Page in the form of notes or screenshots.

■About payment methods

◆ For those using convenience store payment

・We will stop accepting new membership applications and renewals via convenience store payment from 00:00 on Monday, November 3, 2025 to 17:59 on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

◆ For those using credit card payment

・We will stop accepting new memberships and renewals from 10:00 to 17:59 on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

■About email delivery

After the renewal, only new members or those who have completed the transfer procedure will be eligible to receive the following emails.

・Email newsletter

・Birthday email

Please note that emails cannot be sent to those who have not completed the transfer procedure.

■ Regarding re-linking with EBiDAN OFFICIAL SITE

Due to the renewal, the connection with PREMIUM MILK on EBiDAN OFFICIAL SITE will be automatically terminated.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but after the renewal, please complete the transfer procedure and then link your franchise with PREMIUM MILK from MY PAGE on EBiDAN site.

■How to purchase FC-exclusive products at "ONLINE SHOP Stardust Delivery"

Due to changes in system specifications after the renewal, logging in with your "PREMIUM MILK" membership number on "ONLINE SHOP Stardustbin" will no longer be possible after 18:00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

From 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, please use the store with your Plus member ID (or the email address registered to your Plus member ID).

*If you logged in using your membership number before 18:00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025, please log out and then log in using your Plus member ID (or the email address registered to your Plus member ID).

[Regarding order history and registration information]

We apologize for the inconvenience, but order history and registration information purchased by logging in with your "PREMIUM MILK" membership number before 18:00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025 will no longer be available for viewing after 18:00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

*For orders that have not yet been shipped, the product will be sent to the address registered at the time of purchase after it has been shipped.

*We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding shipping or order status, so if you are currently purchasing using your membership number login, please make sure that the email address used at the time of purchase is correct.
