Before the start of the 'BULLET TRAIN Spring tour 2024 "Rail is Beautiful"', we will invite you to a <pre-departure inspection event (with photo opportunities)> with all members of each performance (total of 9 venues and 9 performances) through a lottery! Additionally, for each reservation, you will receive one randomly selected solo photo of a member (9 types available) that can only be obtained here! Some lucky winners will receive a photo signed by the member!
Those who pre-order eligible products at HMV&BOOKS online with full payment during the specified period (limited to Lawson WEB members) will be entered into a lottery. Winners will be invited to the "Pre-Departure Inspection Event (with photo opportunities)" held before each performance.

If you are selected, we will provide you with details about the event on your My Page.
*Please note that if the winners publicly announce event details on social media, they may be denied participation on the day of the event. Additionally, the announcement date for winners may change, so please be aware of this.
*We cannot answer inquiries regarding winning or losing, lottery results, etc.
[Notes regarding event participation]
*To participate in the event, you will need to present the winning notification from your My Page. You will not be able to participate if you present a screenshot or copy of the winning notification.
*On the day of the performance, please bring a device that can be used to access your Lawson WEB member page.
*If for any reason you are unable to confirm the winning display on your My Page, you will not be able to participate in the event on the day.
Only one person, the winner, can participate with a single winning notification.
*The winning rights are only valid for the person who purchased the ticket. Please note that the rights cannot be transferred to other people, including family members, for any reason.
*Please be sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you as we will be conducting identity checks on the day of the event. If you do not have a photo ID, you will be denied entry.
*If your official identification does not have a photo, we will ask you to show two official forms of identification that can verify your name.
*Photocopies will not be considered "official identification documents" for any reason. Please bring the original.
*Identity will be verified based on the information registered as a Lawson WEB member and your ID. If there is a mismatch or there are any deficiencies, you will be denied entry.
*If you do not have the appropriate "official identification," you will be denied entry.
*Personal information will be handled in accordance with our company regulations, "Publication and Agreement Items Regarding the Handling of Personal Information."
The personal information of applicants or winners will be jointly collected by Lawson Entertainment and SDR, the organizer of this event. This personal information will be used for the lottery and operation of the event, as well as for purposes disclosed by either our company or SDR.
*Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances, the performers may be changed, the event may be canceled, or the content may be changed.
*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the winner.
If you arrive late to the designated reception time, you will not be able to participate for any reason. Please note that we will also be unable to accommodate refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling in such cases.
*In the event of severe weather such as typhoons, strong winds, or thunderstorms, the event may be suspended or canceled without notice.
*Please refrain from staying up all night or gathering near the venue from early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to the local neighborhood.
*Bringing dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.
*Please take care to keep your valuables safe. The organizers and performers cannot be held responsible for any accidents or theft.
*Gifts and fan letters will not be accepted at any of the venues.
*Resale, transfer, or listing at auction etc. is prohibited under any circumstances.
Bringing recording devices for the purpose of audio recording, video recording, or photography into the venue for the performance and handshake event is prohibited. If discovered, the recording device will be confiscated on the spot, and the data will be deleted.
*Abusive language towards artists and immoral comments are prohibited.
*If any of the prohibited actions mentioned above are discovered, we will forcibly terminate your participation and also refuse your participation in the future.* *Since this will take place before the start of the event, please apply only if you have enough time.*
*Please follow the instructions and warnings of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions, the event may be interrupted or canceled, or certain customers may be denied participation.
*Please note that footage of the event may be used on the artist's official website, official SNS, official video site, and other media designated by the artist.

・If you appear to be unwell, our staff may contact you and restrict your participation in the event. Also, if you start to feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and immediately inform a nearby staff member.
