*Merchandise will be sold only to those who have tickets for the relevant performance.
*Please note that the start time for sales on the day of the event is different from the start time for venue pickup.
*For sales after the show, we may have to cut the line depending on the number of people waiting.
*Sales times may change without notice depending on the situation.

●When purchasing an item, please be sure to check the item, number of items, total amount, etc. at the register. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for incorrect product contents after you have left the register.
Returns and exchanges for items other than defective products are not allowed. If there is a defect in the product, exchanges will only be handled on the same day at the venue, so please check the product after receiving it.
Future exchange requests may require the customer to bear the shipping costs.
When purchasing a penlight, please be sure to check its functionality and condition before the event starts. If there are any issues, exchanges will only be handled at the venue on the day of the event. We cannot accommodate exchanges after the day of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges for defective products will require us to take the item out of the bag for inspection. We will also check the new product for defects after removing it from the bag during the exchange.
