*For the same performance date, one application is allowed per member. Even if you apply as a companion, this will already count as one application, so please refrain from applying multiple times for the same performance.
*If you are applying for two or more tickets, you will need to decide on a companion at the time of application. Also, the application representative and companion cannot be changed after the application has been submitted. Please be aware of this in advance. (If it is within the application period, you can change the companion by canceling your application from the My Page you registered when you applied. Please cancel your application, register the new companion, and apply again.)

*Family car seats are available only to children aged junior high school and younger who are accompanied by an adult (a first-year high school student or older).
*Applications must be for two tickets or more.
*Both adults and children must be seated during the performance.
* Standing while viewing the exhibit is prohibited.
*Due to the structure of the venue, seats may be across from each other in an aisle.
In the family car area, staff may ask customers about their age.
*When you arrive, please enter together as a group. Separate entries are not permitted.*
*Regardless of your child's health issues or any other reasons, entry with a Family Car Seat Ticket cannot be permitted if the conditions are not met.
Please note that ticket prices will not be refunded.
*The age as of the performance date is valid.
