1. The QR code displayed on the "Purchase History Details Page" in "MY PAGE"

2. Identification document (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)
*You will only be required to present identification documents if verification is required to receive your item.

●Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day of the performance, items will be sold from the stock of those who have purchased in advance and picked up at the venue, so they may be sold out or there may be a limited number of items available. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be sure to select a pickup time that you can definitely receive. If you miss the scheduled pickup time at the venue, you may have to pay for delivery at a later date, so please be careful.
●A venue pickup fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged when using this service.
If you use convenience store payment, there will be a venue pick-up fee and a convenience store payment fee.
When you order, the following fees will be added to your "handling fee": Less than 30,000 yen: 275 yen (tax included) / Over 30,000 yen: 440 yen (tax included).
●The item is not yet reserved when it is added to your cart.
Please note that until you have confirmed your order, the product may be sold out even during the process.
*Cancellations or changes cannot be made after an order has been placed. Please confirm the product, type, payment amount, etc. before placing your order.
●There is a limit to the number of items that can be purchased. Please be aware of this in advance. We cannot answer inquiries regarding product limits, stock availability, etc.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your transaction history on your My Page. Those who have registered a "Plus member ID" can access your My Page.

●Items will be picked up at the designated "venue pick-up" counter.
Please collect your ordered items from the selected pickup slot.
Tickets cannot be picked up at any other time or for another performance.
●If you arrive close to the end of the reception period for the selected collection slot, or depending on the collection situation on the day, we may not be able to collect your item within the time limit. We ask for your understanding. We recommend that you arrive at the opening time of collection.
●Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the customer's availability.
●If you are unable to receive your parcel by the designated time due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the nearest staff member at the venue and follow their instructions. Please note that even if you contact them, your parcel may still be delivered outside of the designated time.
●Only the person who placed the order can pick up the item at the venue. Please do not present a screenshot of the QR code.
Please be sure to present the QR code when receiving your item.
Please note that if you are unable to present the QR code due to account deletion for personal reasons, delivery may be subject to a fee at a later date.
Please be sure to check that the items and quantities are correct when you receive your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the order has left the receiving counter.
●Only customers who intend to purchase goods may line up at the pick-up counter. If you have companions, please meet them outside.

If you are unable to receive your item within the selected delivery slot, we will deliver it to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date for a fee.
●Product shipping date: Shipped sequentially within one month of the performance date

Shipping fee 880 yen + shipping handling fee 1,100 yen [total 1,980 yen]
*For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee is 1,100 yen (total 3,080 yen)
●We do not accept any cancellations after payment has been made.
●If the shipping fee is revised, the revised fee will apply. Please note in advance.
●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations will not be accepted.
In that case, we will deliver the product to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date for a fee.
In this case, just as if you were not able to pick up the item at the venue, we will send the item to you by cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please pay and collect the item.
The fees may change depending on the situation.
<<Important Notes on Products>>
Returns and exchanges for items other than defective products are not allowed. If there is a defect in the product, exchanges will only be handled on the same day at the venue, so please check the product after receiving it.
If you wish to exchange the item at a later date, you may be required to pay the shipping costs.
●The image is for illustrative purposes only. The design, color, size, and specifications of the product may be subject to change.
Each product has its own size standards; however, due to the materials and processing methods, there may be slight individual differences.
●Slight distortion or loose threads are not eligible for exchange. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
●Due to the nature of the material, paper products may not be able to be exchanged if they have minor scratches or creases.
●If a defective product is to be exchanged, we will first remove it from the bag and inspect it. We cannot inspect or exchange the product without removing it from the bag.
●When purchasing light-emitting items such as penlights, please be sure to check that they are lit and in good condition before the start of the show. If there is a defect, we will only be able to exchange the item before the start of the show. We may not be able to accept exchanges after the show or the day you receive the item.
●The production, sale, and distribution of merchandise using artist logos or images without permission is prohibited.
