Requests and Precautions Regarding Ticket Sales for iiONDO 1st Fan Meeting

To ensure that everyone can enjoy the performance with peace of mind,

<Regarding your purchase>

Tickets for this performance will be sold as admission tickets for a specific event. Regardless of whether they are paid or free, they cannot be transferred without the consent of the organizer.

●Fraudulent acts such as the transfer and resale of tickets are prohibited under any circumstances. Purchasing tickets through unauthorized sales, and the fraudulent transfer and resale of purchased tickets are strictly prohibited.

If you are a minor, please consult with your family before applying for tickets.

●If you purchase multiple tickets, we may not be able to guarantee consecutive or adjacent seats. We ask for your understanding.

●When applying, please be sure to register the information of the person attending (name, phone number, etc.). Please be careful to avoid any errors or omissions in your registration information.

●To purchase a ticket, you will need to pay the ticket price as well as various fees such as system usage fees.

●If you purchase multiple tickets, you must distribute one electronic ticket to each person before entry (the distribution start date and time will be announced at the time of application). However, if you are a minor who does not have a mobile phone and cannot distribute tickets to your companions, distribution is not required. In that case, please enter together. Also, depending on the reception, even if you purchase multiple tickets, one ticket may be displayed for each person, and distribution may not be required. ●Please note that we will not be able to provide refunds due to customer circumstances, changes to performers or guidelines, etc., except in the case of a performance cancellation.

●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. (including cancellation fees).

●If you are coming in a wheelchair, after purchasing your ticket, please be sure to contact the inquiry desk of each performance in advance to let us know your name, seat type, seat number, phone number, and whether or not you are traveling with anyone.

<Regarding the performance>

●Please enjoy the event in accordance with the rules set by the organizer.

●The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

●We will randomly check the identity of all guests at the entrance and in the auditorium. Please make sure to bring identification (copies are not accepted, only the original is valid, and expired identification is invalid) for all guests who registered at the time of purchase.

●If you feel unwell inside the venue, please do not push yourself and immediately inform a staff member.

●If you have a fever or other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending. Please note that in this case, ticket refunds will not be possible.

●Entry while intoxicated, bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue, and consuming alcohol inside the venue are strictly prohibited. If you see anyone drinking alcohol inside the venue, please inform a nearby staff member. If any prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave the venue.

● Please refrain from wearing heels or platform shoes (6cm or higher) while watching the performance, as this poses a risk of tripping and injury.

●Wearing tall headbands, hats, or anything that obstructs the view of other customers is prohibited.

●We are unable to store any of your belongings at the venue.

●Please be aware that video and photographs of the venue, including the audience, may be made public.

●Photography, audio recording, and video recording using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording capabilities are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience area and stage), at all times, whether before, during, or after the performance. If any prohibited activity is discovered, the recording device may be confiscated, the data deleted, and you may be asked to leave the venue. If you see anyone taking photos, videos, or making audio recordings, please inform a nearby staff member.

However, photography will only be permitted during the live performance or at the designated time if the organizer grants permission for photography before the performance begins.

●Seat exchanges and changes are strictly prohibited. Please enter and view the performance according to the seat or number indicated on your ticket.

●Please refrain from any actions that may disrupt the performance or any surprise plans by customers. Furthermore, even if you inquire about permission to carry out a plan, the organizers will not provide any mediation, cooperation, or support.

● At iiONDO official live events, we prohibit the bringing in of unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, light-up items, handmade fans, and message boards, other than official iiONDO merchandise. Staff will issue warnings to anyone found using unofficial items. Thank you for your understanding.

●For this performance, we will decline all gifts of congratulations to the performers, such as flowers and letters.

●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

●After the performance, we may regulate exits to ease congestion.
