We would like to provide details about the release event to be held on February 24 (Saturday) at Saitama Aeon Lake Town Mori.
Please be sure to read the entire thing to the end, and we ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and manners so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited at the release event.
In the event of discovery, you must delete all recorded data, and after verifying your identification, if you have any tickets, they will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from entering this event venue in the future.
Taking photos of members while they are moving is completely prohibited, except during live performances and special events.

Mini live show & special event
A special event will be held after the mini live performance for those who reserve the product 'New Rise' (regular edition) at the venue on the same day (with full payment in advance).
For the mini live viewing, a "priority viewing area" will be established to allow closer observation of the event. Entry to this area requires a "priority viewing area entry ticket" obtained through the LINE app.
※The mini live is free for anyone to watch, but only in the designated free space at the venue. Viewing in areas other than the designated area is not permitted. Please note that there is a limit to the space at the venue, so restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation.
[How to participate in the event]
At this release event, in order to alleviate congestion during CD purchases, we will introduce a pre-application lottery system for 'CD purchase tickets' using the LINE app. Additionally, 'priority viewing area entry tickets' will also be issued via the LINE app. Please check below for more information on 'CD purchase tickets' and 'priority viewing area entry tickets'.
On the day of the event, those with a CD purchase ticket will be served in order of their ticket number starting at 10:00 AM (scheduled) at the special CD sales booth near the Tree Square. Customers who purchase the products listed below will receive their respective tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
■Priority viewing area admission ticket → One ticket per person per transaction issued via the LINE app.
■High-five event participation ticket → One ticket will be given for each qualifying product.
■Individual sticker distribution event participation ticket → One ticket for the desired member will be given for every two eligible products.
■4-shot photo session participation ticket → One ticket will be given for each desired group upon purchasing three eligible products.
*There are multiple special event participation tickets available, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.
If you wish to receive individual sticker distribution tickets or four-shot photo session tickets, please note that the tickets differ by member or group, so be sure to select them at the register when making your purchase. Please be aware that they are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited in quantity.
*When purchasing CDs, we kindly ask that only the person making the purchase lines up. (Children in elementary school or younger may line up together.)

Customers with sorting numbers "1 to 200" are to gather at the "H1 Entrance." Those with numbers beyond that should come directly to the Wood Plaza after the facility opens.

Only customers with a CD purchase ticket will be able to buy CDs at this event. Interested customers must be sure to apply for a CD purchase ticket.
*For customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" on the day of the event or who would like to purchase additional tickets, we plan to provide information after the mini live. However, as the number of bonus tickets is limited, we recommend that you apply for a numbered ticket in advance.

<About CD reservations>
Please note that all in-store purchase benefits do not apply to reservations made for the event venue.
-Reservation registration and acceptance is only valid at the event venue on the day.
・Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
・To register your reservation, we will need your mobile phone number and email address.
・Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive them.
・When registering for a reservation, please read the QR code posted at the event venue with your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models). Press the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender's address, and then send the blank email.
・When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
・Select the item you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.
You can choose to pick up your reserved product at the Tower Records Aeon Lake Town store or have it delivered (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
If you wish to have your items delivered, you will need to pay for shipping fees with each transaction. Please note that even if the delivery address is the same, shipping fees cannot be consolidated after payment.
Once your reservation registration is complete, a payment QR code will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the payment QR code at the venue's cash register.
・After confirming the reservation details, we will hand over the bonus according to the product. Changes, cancellations, or refusals to receive the product cannot be accepted after payment has been confirmed.
After payment for the reserved product, you will receive an email titled "[※Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Pickup Instructions," which indicates that your reservation is complete at this point. Please keep this email safe as it will be necessary when picking up your order in-store. If you do not receive the "[※Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Pickup Instructions" email, please be sure to ask the staff.

<Payment methods for products>
・Payment methods are cash and credit card (one-time payment) only. QR code payment and various coupons/point cards cannot be used. In addition, parking tickets are not issued.
・Please note that depending on the communication conditions on the day, you may not be able to use any payment method other than cash.
・Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after purchase, we will exchange it for a good product.
<About receiving your product>
The reservation period for the product is four weeks from the release date.
・Once the reservation period has expired, the item cannot be returned. In that case, please note that we will not be able to refund the purchase price.
When receiving the product, please open the URL in the "[※Strictly Prohibited to Discard] Payment Completed/Receipt Method Information" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the date of arrival.

★About the priority viewing area★
*Please arrive punctually at the meeting point listed on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket."
*For each "priority viewing area admission ticket," one person will be admitted in the order of the number printed on the ticket.
The distribution of "Priority Viewing Area Entry Tickets" will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. You cannot secure multiple tickets in advance for companions who arrive later.
*The serial numbers for the "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be random and will not be based on the order of purchase.
*To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need one "priority viewing area admission ticket."
* Bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the priority viewing area is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Please note that customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*Please note that the number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited.

If you wish to view the 2nd and 3rd floors of Ki no Hiroba, please check the information below to avoid congestion in the venue on the day of your visit.
Guidance to the atrium space on the 2nd and 3rd floors will begin 15 minutes before opening (at 9:45), but please note that the main viewing for the event at Ki no Hiroba will be on the 1st floor due to sound considerations.
Please note that access to the 2nd and 3rd floors cannot be guaranteed for viewing, so we ask for your understanding and encourage your participation.
Please note that by lining up at the designated area, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Please line up near the J1 entrance after 9:00 AM. If customers form a line before that time, it will be considered completely invalid.
*Before the mall opens, no facilities, including handwashing stations, can be used.
Staff will guide you into the venue in order, starting around 9:45 (scheduled). Please make sure everyone is together.
In the atrium space, reserving spots for those who will join later is strictly prohibited. Only the space for those present at the time of guidance may be secured.
Placing objects (including mats, chairs, or similar items) to reserve a space is completely prohibited.
*After entering, you will need to wait in the designated area around the atrium until the opening time. You are not allowed to use any facilities inside, including restrooms and vending machines.*
*Photography and recording, including selfies, are prohibited before the store opens.
*Please note that due to limited space, you may not be able to enter even if you line up.
▼Notes regarding viewing the mini live show
*Viewing the exhibition from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited in any area of the venue.
*During the mini live or special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If there is anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details. Also, if any trouble occurs between customers, please resolve it between the parties involved, and please note that the management and organizers will not be involved in any way.
If we confirm any suspicious behavior, we may ask you for your cooperation in checking the status of the applications being used, including the camera roll, audio recording list, and possibly folders containing hidden or password-protected files. Furthermore, if any fraudulent activities are discovered, we will delete all fraudulent data, verify your identification, and confiscate all participation tickets if you have any, guiding you to the exit.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from bringing in items that obstruct your view, such as message boards, into the venue as they will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. Please note that if staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.

*Actions other than high-fives are prohibited.
Except for high-fives, all dangerous actions such as "hitting hard," "grabbing," "flicking," and "squeezing," as well as loud conversations and calls, are prohibited.
Please remove all accessories such as rings and bracelets.
Please note that during the high-five event, you will proceed in a single line without stopping, continuously walking within the designated space. Please follow the staff's instructions and move forward promptly.
*You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call your name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.
*Participants are not permitted to hold any objects in their hands, such as fans or boards.
*For participants who are elementary school students or older, one 'high-five event participation ticket' is required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
Please be aware that staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.
Please note that participation with large luggage is prohibited, so we kindly ask you to use nearby coin lockers in advance.
Please ensure that electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are stored deep in your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a shoulder bag phone or a smartwatch.
Basically, you are allowed to bring your belongings as they are, but please understand that items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before participation.
▼ Notes regarding the individual sticker handout event
The desired member will directly hand the solo sticker to the customer.
It is planned to be conducted with an acrylic sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the customer and the member.
*Actions other than receiving benefits are prohibited.
When receiving benefits, intentionally touching or getting close to members, as well as sitting or squatting, is prohibited.
*For participants who are elementary school students or older, one 'Individual Sticker Distribution Event Participation Ticket' is required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
*Please note that bringing personal belongings to the individual sticker distribution event is prohibited. Your items will be stored at a designated area just before your participation, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please ensure that electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are stored deep in your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a shoulder bag phone or a smartwatch.
▼Important Notes Regarding the 4-Shot Photo Session
Members will be divided into three groups (A, B, and C) with three members each, and only one customer will be photographed with their chosen group.
*Details regarding each group member, designated poses, and the positioning of members and customers, whether standing or sitting, will be announced on the day of the event via the official SUPER★DRAGON Twitter account (https://twitter.com/Supdra_staff).
The positions or seating arrangements of members and customers will be announced on the day of the event.
*There are no specific pose requests for customers.
If you are participating with multiple entries in the same group, we kindly ask you to submit them all together rather than one by one.
*Photography will be conducted by staff using the customer's own camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.
*Film cameras, digital cameras, and other dedicated shooting equipment are not allowed. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will handle mobile phones with care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur, so please understand this in advance.
*The camera mode during the shoot should be the normal camera mode. The use of apps or similar tools is prohibited.*
You cannot participate while holding anything such as fans or boards. You are also not allowed to wear electronic devices like smartwatches. Please make sure to remove them and store them deep in your bag before participating.
*During the photo shoot, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please be aware that your luggage will be stored at a designated area just before participation.
Please ensure that your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned off before participating. We will also confirm this when we collect your mobile phones, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.
*For participants who are elementary school students or older, one "4-shot photo session ticket" is required per person.
If a preschool child is participating, there can be one preschool child per guardian. In that case, please have the child sit on the guardian's lap during photography.
*Specifying poses or expressions for members is not allowed. Additionally, actions that involve having them hold or wear items are prohibited.
*For those using iPhone devices (or any iOS-enabled devices), please hand your device to the camera reception staff while it is in the home screen state, not while the camera app is open. The staff will check to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not active. Note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when they check the device after collecting the ticket, it will be deemed as an "attempt to intentionally record the special benefits video and disrupt smooth operation and progress," and the recording function will be stopped. The device will be returned without any special benefit video being taken. In this case, the special benefit ticket will be collected and will not be returned, so please be very careful. Any recorded data captured during filming, or after filming, with any recording actions other than still images (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture functions like iOS's Live Photos or screen recording) will be deleted, and only the device will be returned.
Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature on the Xperia mobile device is turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot proceed if it is set to [Automatic]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the regular shooting mode. Please understand that there may be changes in the order of photography instructions in order to check the settings.
If the on-site staff suspects that recording is being done by means other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all "running applications." If you are performing any tasks on your device, please ensure to save your work and close the applications before lining up, ensuring that no applications other than the camera are running. (You will need to operate this yourself before recording. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from closing applications.)
Re-shooting is generally not allowed. However, there may be cases where staff may request a re-shoot at their discretion. In such cases, the original shooting data will be completely deleted after the re-shoot is conducted. For iPhone users, please also delete the files from the recently deleted folder. Particularly, if you leave the designated area for the event, we will not be able to assist you even if you return, so please understand this in advance and make sure to check for any issues immediately after the shoot.
*The use of flash/strobe functions on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed or too dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate reshooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows for shooting with ambient light.
Please be aware that staff and equipment may appear in the background depending on the angle. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.
Please note that customers who have finished their photo session or those who are not part of the photo session are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that we can have a wonderful photo shoot within the limited time available.

Please note that the special events are held solely to show our appreciation to those who have purchased our products, and as a general rule, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.
*Please note that if the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.
*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
As soon as preparations are complete, we will start in the following order: High Touch Event → Individual Sticker Distribution Event → 4-Shot Photo Session. Please note that the order of the special events may change. Please check the progress as guided by the staff on site. Additionally, be sure to check the number of special tickets you have to avoid any unused tickets or missing participation.
*Even if time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.
*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.
*During the mini live or special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If there is anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details. Also, if any trouble occurs between customers, please resolve it between the parties involved, and please note that the management and organizers will not be involved in any way.
Due to operational circumstances, during the special event, staff who have completed infection control measures and hand sanitization may guide customers by touching their shoulders, arms, or belongings. Please participate in the special event only if you can agree to this.
*Please note that we will refuse entry to customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or customers with cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.
*If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.
*Please note that depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event, so please understand in advance.

At this release event, in order to alleviate congestion during CD purchases, we will introduce a pre-application lottery system for 'CD purchase tickets' using the LINE app. Additionally, 'priority viewing area entry tickets' will also be issued via the LINE app. Please check below for more information on 'CD purchase tickets' and 'priority viewing area entry tickets'.
On the day of the event, those with a CD purchase ticket will be served in order of their ticket number starting at 10:00 AM (scheduled) at the special CD sales booth near the Tree Square. Customers who purchase the products listed below will receive their respective tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
■Priority viewing area admission ticket → One ticket per person per transaction issued via the LINE app.
■High-five event participation ticket → One ticket will be given for each qualifying product.

*Photography will be conducted by staff using the customer's own camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.
*Film cameras, digital cameras, and other dedicated shooting equipment are not allowed. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will handle mobile phones with care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur, so please understand this in advance.
*The camera mode during the shoot should be the normal camera mode. The use of apps or similar tools is prohibited.*
You cannot participate while holding anything such as fans or boards. You are also not allowed to wear electronic devices like smartwatches. Please make sure to remove them and store them deep in your bag before participating.
*During the photo shoot, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please be aware that your luggage will be stored at a designated area just before participation.
Please ensure that your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned off before participating. We will also confirm this when we collect your mobile phones, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.
*For participants who are elementary school students or older, one "4-shot photo session ticket" is required per person.
If a preschool child is participating, there can be one preschool child per guardian. In that case, please have the child sit on the guardian's lap during photography.
*Specifying poses or expressions for members is not allowed. Additionally, actions that involve having them hold or wear items are prohibited.
*For those using iPhone devices (or any iOS-enabled devices), please hand your device to the camera reception staff while it is in the home screen state, not while the camera app is open. The staff will check to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not active. Note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when they check the device after collecting the ticket, it will be deemed as an "attempt to intentionally record the special benefits video and disrupt smooth operation and progress," and the recording function will be stopped. The device will be returned without any special benefit video being taken. In this case, the special benefit ticket will be collected and will not be returned, so please be very careful. Any recorded data captured during filming, or after filming, with any recording actions other than still images (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture functions like iOS's Live Photos or screen recording) will be deleted, and only the device will be returned.
Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature on the Xperia mobile device is turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot proceed if it is set to [Automatic]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the regular shooting mode. Please understand that there may be changes in the order of photography instructions in order to check the settings.
If the on-site staff suspects that recording is being done by means other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all "running applications." If you are performing any tasks on your device, please ensure to save your work and close the applications before lining up, ensuring that no applications other than the camera are running. (You will need to operate this yourself before recording. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from closing applications.)
Re-shooting is generally not allowed. However, there may be cases where staff may request a re-shoot at their discretion. In such cases, the original shooting data will be completely deleted after the re-shoot is conducted. For iPhone users, please also delete the files from the recently deleted folder. Particularly, if you leave the designated area for the event, we will not be able to assist you even if you return, so please understand this in advance and make sure to check for any issues immediately after the shoot.
*The use of flash/strobe functions on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed or too dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate reshooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows for shooting with ambient light.
Please be aware that staff and equipment may appear in the background depending on the angle. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.
Please note that customers who have finished their photo session or those who are not part of the photo session are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that we can have a wonderful photo shoot within the limited time available.
