We would like to provide details about the release event to be held on September 16 (Monday, public holiday) at MyDome Osaka, Exhibition Hall E.
Please be sure to read the entire thing to the end, and we ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and manners so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.

It will be a very hot time of year, so when participating in the event, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your health by drinking plenty of water. If you feel unwell, please feel free to ask a nearby staff member for help.

Please note that the event may be changed or canceled at short notice due to policies of the government, local governments, facilities, etc.

Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited at the release event.
In the event of discovery, you must delete all recorded data, and after verifying your identification, if you have any tickets, they will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from entering this event venue in the future.
Taking photos of members who are moving around is also completely prohibited, except during special events.

Special Event
A special event will be held for those who purchase the product "Downforce" at the venue on the same day.

As it will be a very hot period, we kindly ask that you manage your health by staying hydrated, whether indoors or outdoors, during the event. If you happen to feel unwell, please do not hesitate to speak to a nearby staff member.

[How to participate in the event]
At this release event, we will introduce a pre-application lottery system for 'CD purchase tickets' using the LINE app to alleviate congestion during CD purchases. Please check below for more information about the 'CD purchase ticket'.
On the day of the event, those with a CD purchase ticket will be served in order of their ticket number from 10:00 (scheduled) at MyDome Osaka, Exhibition Hall E, CD sales area. Customers who purchase the specified products will receive their respective tickets in the order listed below.
■Handshake event participation ticket → One ticket will be given for each limited edition album (A or B) purchased.
■Individual High-Five & Talk Event Participation Ticket → One regular edition + one limited edition (A or B) will grant you one ticket for your desired member.
■3 or 4 shot photo session → One copy of Limited Edition A and one copy of Limited Edition B will be given for each desired group.
*There are multiple special event participation tickets available, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.
If you wish to participate in the individual high-touch & talk sessions or the 3 or 4-shot photo sessions, please note that the participation tickets differ by member or group, so be sure to select the correct ticket at the register when purchasing. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please understand in advance.
When purchasing CDs, we kindly ask that only the person making the purchase lines up. (Children under elementary school age may line up together with an adult.)

Only customers who have a CD purchase ticket will be able to buy CDs at this event. Interested customers must be sure to apply for a CD purchase ticket.
On the day of the event, customers who do not have a 'CD purchase ticket' or wish to make additional purchases will receive separate guidance. However, please note that there is a limited number of special tickets available, so we recommend applying for the ticket in advance.

Please be aware that depending on the status of the special tickets, customers without a 'CD purchase ticket' or those seeking additional purchases may not receive guidance, so we ask for your understanding in advance.

<CDのご購入について>
The CD sales hours will be from 10:00 until the last reception time for special events. Please note that even within this time frame, sales will end as soon as the CD stock or special tickets run out.
The CDs sold at this venue do not come with any benefits other than the special ticket.
We will provide you with special tickets according to the type of CD you purchased. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate any requests regarding discrepancies in the number of special tickets after you have left the sales area, so be sure to confirm the type and number of special tickets at the checkout.
Please note that any special tickets brought after the end of the reception for the special event will be invalid.
Lost or damaged benefit tickets cannot be reissued.
Please bring your own bags, such as a shopping bag or eco-bag, to take home the CD on the day of the event.
・We will announce the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in one transaction on the day of the event. Please note that this is set to allow as many customers as possible to participate.

<Payment methods for products>
Cash and credit cards (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, Diners Club, DISCOVER, American Express), as well as QR code payments (PayPay / LINE Pay) are accepted.
Please be aware that cashless payment options may not be available due to radio wave conditions or device malfunctions on the day of the event.

No returns will be accepted after the purchase of the product. In the case of defective items, they will be exchanged for a good product of the same kind, so please understand this in advance.
We do not accept CD deliveries from the venue.
Purchased items cannot be held at the sales booth.

[Special event details]
First limited edition album (A or B) includes a handshake event with all members.
Standard edition 1 copy + Limited edition (A or B) 1 copy set: High-five and talk event with your desired member.
Limited Edition A (1 copy) + Limited Edition B (1 copy): Photo shoot event with the desired group (3 or 4 shots).

Notes regarding the handshake event
*The event will be held with a long table between you and the members.
※For participants who are elementary school students or older, one "handshake event participation ticket" is required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
Please be aware that staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.
*Please note that bringing luggage when participating is prohibited. Your belongings will be stored at a designated area just before participation, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please ensure that electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are stored deep in your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a shoulder bag phone or a smartwatch.

▼Important Notes Regarding Individual High-Five and Talk Events
This will be a high-five and talk session with your desired members. Any actions other than high-fives and talks are prohibited.
All dangerous actions other than high-fives, such as 'striking strongly', 'grabbing', 'flicking', and 'gripping', are prohibited.
Please remove all accessories such as rings and bracelets.
For participants who are elementary school students or older, one "individual high-five & talk event ticket" is required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
*Please note that bringing luggage when participating is prohibited. Your belongings will be stored at a designated area just before participation, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please ensure that electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are stored deep in your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a shoulder bag phone or a smartwatch.

▼Notes on the 3 or 4 Shot Photo Session
Members will be divided into three groups (A, B, C) with two members each, and one group (D) with three members, and only one customer can participate in the photo shoot with their chosen group.
*The positions or seating arrangements of each group member and the customers will be announced on the day of the event on the official SUPER★DRAGON X (https://twitter.com/Supdra_staff) account.
If you are participating with multiple entries in the same group, we kindly ask you to submit them all together rather than one by one.
*Photography will be conducted by staff using the customer's own camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.
*Film cameras, digital cameras, and other dedicated shooting equipment are not allowed. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will handle mobile phones with care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur, so please understand this in advance.
*The camera mode during the shoot should be the normal camera mode. The use of apps or similar tools is prohibited.*
You cannot participate while holding anything such as fans or boards. You are also not allowed to wear electronic devices like smartwatches. Please make sure to remove them and store them deep in your bag before participating.
*During the photo shoot, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please be aware that your luggage will be stored at a designated area just before participation.
Please ensure that your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned off before participating. We will also confirm this when we collect your mobile phones, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.
If participants are elementary school students or older, each person will need one "3 or 4 shot photo session participation ticket."
If a preschool child is participating, there can be one preschool child per guardian. In that case, please have the child sit on the guardian's lap during photography.
*Specifying poses or expressions for members is not allowed. Additionally, actions that involve having them hold or wear items are prohibited.
*For those using iPhone devices (or any iOS-enabled devices), please hand your device to the camera reception staff while it is displaying the home screen, not while the camera app is open. The staff will check to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not active. Note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when they check the device after collecting the special tickets, it will be deemed as an "attempt to intentionally record the special video and disrupt smooth operation and progress," and the recording function will be stopped. The device will be returned without any special event recording. In this case, the special tickets will be collected and will not be returned, so please be very careful. Any recorded data captured while the recording function (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture features like iOS's Live Photos or screen recording) is ON, either during or after the recording, will be deleted, and only the device will be returned.
Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature on the Xperia mobile device is turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot proceed if it is set to [Automatic]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the regular shooting mode. Please understand that there may be changes in the order of photography instructions in order to check the settings.
If the on-site staff suspects that recording is being done by means other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all "running applications." If you are performing any tasks on your device, please ensure to save your work and close the applications before lining up, ensuring that no applications other than the camera are running. (You will need to operate this yourself before recording. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from closing applications.)
Re-shooting is generally not allowed. However, there may be cases where staff may request a re-shoot at their discretion. In such cases, the original shooting data will be completely deleted after the re-shoot is conducted. For iPhone users, please also delete the files from the recently deleted folder. Particularly, if you leave the designated area for the event, we will not be able to assist you even if you return, so please understand this in advance and make sure to check for any issues immediately after the shoot.
*The use of flash/strobe functions on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed or too dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate reshooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows for shooting with ambient light.
Please be aware that staff and equipment may appear in the background depending on the angle. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.
Please note that customers who have finished their photo session or those who are not part of the photo session are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that we can have a wonderful photo shoot within the limited time available.

▼Notes regarding special events and other events in general
*Wearing a mask is at the individual's discretion.
Please understand and cooperate by following the staff's instructions.
*Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate any of the special events due to the health of the members on the day. Please note that the special events are held solely to show our appreciation to those who have purchased our products, and as a general rule, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.
*Please note that if the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.
*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
Once preparations are complete, we will start in the following order: handshake event → individual high-five & talk session → 3 or 4 shot photo session. Please note that the order of the special event may change. Please check the progress as guided by the staff on site. Additionally, be sure to check the number of special tickets you have to avoid any unused tickets or missed participation.
*Even if time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.
*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.
*During the special event, please be careful not to point cameras, such as mobile phones, towards the stage where the members are, or in the direction of the staff or other customers. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff will approach you to confirm the situation. Additionally, if any disputes arise between customers, please resolve them among yourselves, as the organizers will not be involved in any way. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to operational circumstances, during the special event, staff who have completed infection control measures and hand sanitization may guide customers by touching their shoulders, arms, or belongings. Please participate in the special event only if you can agree to this.
*Please note that we will refuse entry to customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or customers with cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.
*If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.
*Please note that depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event, so please understand in advance.

*Please note that we will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
*Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move away.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Please note that customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement at the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
*The event time may vary slightly.
*Please refrain from bringing in filming equipment, recording devices, or video equipment. Filming, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited. If caught, all recorded data will be deleted, identification will be checked, and if you have a participation ticket, it will be confiscated. You will also be banned from entering this event venue in the future.
*Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.
*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect your event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) and you will be prohibited from attending the event and all future events at the event venue.
*Transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer. In addition, even if the event is canceled or postponed, transportation and accommodation costs will not be compensated.

*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.
*Please note that if complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.
*Please take your trash home with you.
Please participate in clothing that can adapt to changes in weather, and be sure to take care of your health. If you are not feeling well, please inform a nearby staff member immediately.
*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Waiting for performers to arrive or leave is prohibited.
