SUPER★DRAGON LIVE TOUR 2025 Requests and Precautions Regarding Ticket Sales

Please be sure to read the information below before applying and attending.

[About purchase]

● All tickets will be sold as electronic tickets.
● Minors are requested to consult with their family before applying for tickets.
● When applying, please ensure to enter the name of the representative applicant and a contactable phone number.
● Customers attending the event must register their information at the time of ticket purchase (distribution). Thank you for your understanding in advance.
● After ticket issuance, electronic tickets must be distributed in advance, one per person. Please ensure ticket distribution is completed before entry.
● The venue has set the capacity according to its regulations.
● It may be difficult to secure consecutive seats or seats next to each other.
Additionally, due to space constraints or the venue's structure, you may be directed to areas that are partially obstructed. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
● Performers may change due to circumstances.
● Refunds will not be possible due to changes in performers or guidelines, except in the case of event cancellation, so please understand this in advance.
● If you are attending with a wheelchair, please contact the inquiry desk for each performance in advance with your name, seat type, seat number, phone number, and whether you have a companion after purchasing your ticket.
● Any unauthorized acts such as ticket transfer and resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

 

[Regarding attendance and viewing]

●You may be asked to verify your identity at the entrance and in the auditorium. Please be sure to bring your ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).
●Video footage and photos of the inside of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
●On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules set by the organizers.
●Please cooperate with us by taking precautions such as wearing a mask depending on your physical condition.
If you have a fever or other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending. In that case, please note that we will not be able to refund your ticket.
●If you begin to feel unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff.
●It is strictly prohibited to enter the venue under the influence of alcohol or to drink alcohol inside the venue. If you see any customers drinking alcohol inside the venue, please inform a nearby staff member. If prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave. Please be aware of this in advance.
●Please refrain from eating inside the venue.
●Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording function, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience area and stage).
If you notice anyone taking photographs, videos or recording audio, please inform a member of staff nearby.
Please note that if any prohibited behavior is discovered, we may confiscate any recording media, delete any data, and ask you to leave the venue.
●Seat changes or moves are strictly prohibited. Please make sure to watch the show from the seat indicated on your ticket.
●The use of any penlights other than official "SUPER★DRAGON" merchandise is prohibited. Unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, light objects, and items that obstruct visibility such as message boards are also not permitted.
Please note that if anyone is found, staff will warn them.
When using penlights, please keep them at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.
●Also, please be careful not to drop the penlight by attaching the strap to your hand.
●We are unable to store any luggage of our customers. Thank you for your understanding.
●After the performance, we may regulate exits to ease congestion.
●For this performance, we will decline all gifts of congratulations such as flowers and letters.
●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.
