Requests and precautions regarding the sale of tickets for SUPER★DRAGON LIVE TOUR 2025 "SUPER X"

Please be sure to read the information below before applying and attending.

[About purchase]

●All tickets will be sold as electronic tickets.
If you are a minor, please consult with your family before applying for tickets.
When applying, please be sure to enter the name of the person making the application and a telephone number where you can be contacted.
●Please note that all customers attending the event will be required to register their personal information when purchasing (distributing) tickets.
●After tickets are issued, the e-tickets must be distributed in advance, one per person. Please make sure to distribute your tickets before entering the venue.
●The capacity is set in accordance with the regulations set by the venue.
●It may be difficult to secure consecutive seats or seats next to each other.
Please note that depending on space and the structure of the venue, you may be guided to areas where it is difficult to see.
●The performers may be subject to change due to circumstances.
●Please note that refunds will not be available due to changes in performers or guidelines, except in the case of a performance being canceled.
●If you are coming in a wheelchair, after purchasing your ticket, please be sure to contact the inquiry desk of each performance in advance to let us know your name, seat type, seat number, phone number, and whether or not you are traveling with anyone.
●Any fraudulent activities such as ticket transfer or resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

 

[Regarding attendance and viewing]

●You may be asked to verify your identity at the entrance and in the auditorium. Please be sure to bring your ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).
●Video footage and photos of the inside of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
●On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules set by the organizers.
●Please cooperate with us by taking precautions such as wearing a mask depending on your physical condition.
If you have symptoms such as fever or other health issues, we kindly ask you to refrain from attending. Please note that in such cases, refunds for tickets will not be possible.
If you feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and promptly inform the staff.
• Entering the venue or drinking inside the venue while intoxicated is strictly prohibited. If you see any customers drinking inside the venue, please inform a nearby staff member. If prohibited actions are discovered, you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please refrain from eating inside the venue.
Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, or binoculars with recording functions are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience area and stage).
If you notice anyone taking photographs, videos or recording audio, please inform a member of staff nearby.
Please note that if any prohibited behavior is discovered, we may confiscate any recording media, delete any data, and ask you to leave the venue.
Seat exchanges or movements are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that you view the event from the seat indicated on your ticket.
● Only pen lights that are official merchandise from 'SUPER★DRAGON' are allowed. The entry of unofficial pen lights, such as modified glow sticks, and items like message boards that obstruct visibility is prohibited.
Please note that if anyone is found, staff will warn them.
When using penlights, please keep them at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.
●Also, please be careful not to drop the penlight by attaching the strap to your hand.
●We are unable to store any luggage of our customers. Thank you for your understanding.
●After the performance, we may regulate exits to ease congestion.
●For this performance, we will decline all gifts of congratulations such as flowers and letters.
●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

This performance is planned to be held in accordance with the above precautions, but please note that these may change depending on the situation on the day of the performance.
