Requests and precautions regarding the sale of SUPER★DRAGON DRA FES 2025 tickets

●All tickets will be sold as electronic tickets.
If you are a minor, please consult with your family before applying for tickets.
●When registering your personal information (such as name and phone number) please ensure that it is the information of the person who will be attending the event. Please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when registering your information.
●Please note that you will be required to register your information when purchasing (distributing) tickets.
●After tickets are issued, the e-tickets must be distributed to each person in advance. Please make sure to distribute your tickets before coming to the venue.
If you are unable to share tickets with your companions, you do not need to share them. However, please make sure that you all enter together.
●The capacity is set in accordance with the regulations set by the venue.
●It may be difficult to secure consecutive seats or seats next to each other.
●The performers may be subject to change due to circumstances.
●Please note that we will not be able to provide refunds due to customer circumstances, changes to performers or guidelines, etc., except in the case of a performance cancellation.
●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. (including cancellation fees).
●If you are coming in a wheelchair, after purchasing your ticket, please be sure to contact the inquiry desk of each performance in advance to let us know your name, seat type, seat number, phone number, and whether or not you are traveling with anyone.
●Unauthorized acts such as the transfer or resale of tickets are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Please do not purchase tickets through any means other than official sales, or sell purchased tickets illegally.
[Regarding attendance and viewing]
At the entrance and inside the seating area, we may ask for identity verification. Please be sure to bring a valid form of identification (original only, copies are not acceptable).
●Video footage and photos of the inside of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
●On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules set by the organizers.
●Please cooperate with us by taking precautions such as wearing a mask depending on your physical condition.
If you have a fever or other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded in this case.
●If you start feeling unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff.
●It is strictly prohibited to enter the venue under the influence of alcohol or to drink alcohol inside the venue. If you see any customers drinking alcohol inside the venue, please speak to a nearby staff member. If prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please refrain from eating inside the venue.
●Photographing, recording, and filming with cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording functions, etc. are strictly prohibited within the venue (including the audience seats and stage). If prohibited acts are discovered, recording media may be confiscated, data may be deleted, and you may be asked to leave. We ask for your understanding in advance. Also, if you see anyone taking photographs or videos or recording audio, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
●Seat changes or moves are strictly prohibited. Please make sure to watch the show from the seat indicated on your ticket.
●The use of any penlights other than official "SUPER★DRAGON" merchandise is prohibited. Unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, light objects, and items that obstruct visibility such as message boards are also not permitted to be brought in. Staff will warn you as soon as they are found. Thank you for your understanding.
When using a penlight, please hold it at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers. Also, please hold the strap attached to the penlight by hand and be careful not to drop it.
●We are unable to store any luggage of our customers. Thank you for your understanding.
