In order for everyone to enjoy the performance with peace of mind, please be sure to check the following information.
We kindly ask you to apply and attend.
Tickets for this performance will be sold as admission tickets for a specific event. Regardless of whether they are paid or free, they cannot be transferred without the consent of the organizer.
●Fraudulent acts such as the transfer and resale of tickets are prohibited under any circumstances. Purchasing tickets through unauthorized sales, and the fraudulent transfer and resale of purchased tickets are strictly prohibited.
●Minors should consult with their family before applying for tickets.
●If you purchase multiple tickets, we may not be able to guarantee consecutive or adjacent seats. We ask for your understanding.
●When applying, please be sure to register the visitor's information (name, phone number, etc.).
●To purchase a ticket, you will need to pay the ticket price as well as various fees such as system usage fees.
●If you purchase multiple tickets, you must distribute the electronic tickets one by one to each person before entering the venue. (The distribution start date and time will be announced at the time of application.)
However, if you are unable to share your card with your companions, such as a minor who does not have a mobile phone, you do not need to share your card. In that case, please make sure that everyone enters together.
Also, depending on the reception desk, even if you purchase multiple tickets, each person will only receive one ticket, and there may be cases where you do not need to share them. Please be sure to check the application page for details.
●Except in the case of a performance cancellation, refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons or if there is a change in performers, etc.
●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. (including cancellation fees).
If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact us in advance after purchasing your ticket.
●Please enjoy the event in accordance with the rules set by the organizer.
●The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
●We will randomly check the identity of all attendees at the entrance and within the auditorium. Please be sure to bring identification (originals only, no copies accepted) for all members who registered at the time of purchase.
If you have a fever or are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending. In that case, please note that tickets will not be refunded.
●If you start feeling unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and inform a member of staff.
●Entry under the influence of alcohol, bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue, and drinking alcohol inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
If you see any customers drinking alcohol inside the venue, please speak to a member of staff. If prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave.
●We are unable to store any luggage belongings of our customers.
●Please note that videos and photos taken inside the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
●Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording functions, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience seats and stage), regardless of whether the venue is open, during the show, or after the show has ended.
If prohibited behavior is discovered, recording media may be confiscated, data may be deleted, and you may be asked to leave. If you see anyone taking photos, videos, or recording audio, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
However, photography will only be permitted during the live performance or at the designated time if the organizer grants permission for photography before the performance begins.
●Seat changes or moves are strictly prohibited. Please enter and watch the show according to the seat or serial number printed on your ticket.
●Please refrain from any actions that may disrupt the performance or any surprise plans by customers. Furthermore, even if you inquire about permission to carry out a plan, the organizers will not provide any mediation, cooperation, or support.
● At official SUPER★DRAGON concerts, we do not allow the bringing of unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, light items, handmade fans, or message boards other than official SUPER★DRAGON merchandise.
When using a penlight, please use it at a height that does not obstruct the view of other customers. Also, if your penlight has a strap, be sure to attach it to your hand and take care not to drop it.
●For this performance, we will decline all gifts of congratulations to the performers, such as flowers and letters.
●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.
