Winners will be contacted via email at the address registered with Stada-bin at the time of purchase.

[Regarding payment deadline]
Even if you choose convenience store payment, you will still be eligible for the lottery as long as the payment process is completed within the payment deadline.

●Example 1: If you selected convenience store payment on August 27th (Thursday) during the first purchase period, only those who have completed payment at the convenience store by 23:59 on August 30th (Sunday) will be eligible.

[Notes for two-shot chat sessions]
The two-shot chat meeting is scheduled to be held using a video chat application.
Winners will be notified in advance of instructions on how to use the designated video chat app. If you are unable to use a chat app, unfortunately your entry will be invalid.
Winners can participate with their camera off and using only their voice. Only the members' faces will be displayed on the screen.
Participation in the two-shot chat event is limited to one person per participant.
The two-shot chat session cannot be viewed by other customers.
If it is discovered that the rights to participate in the two-shot chat event have been transferred or resold to a third party after winning, the participation rights will be invalidated.
In the case of slander, harassment, or inappropriate statements/actions, we will immediately cease activities.
Please refrain from making statements that may lead to the leakage of personal information.
It is prohibited to publish images or content from the two-shot chat event on social media or the web.
*We may not be able to respond to inquiries about two-shot chat sessions even if you contact us via Stardust.
*Audio recording of chat sessions is prohibited. If another device is caught on screen, it may be considered audio recording and the chat session may be terminated. However, there is no problem with posting your thoughts on the chat session on social media.

*When participating in a chat session, we may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring a photo ID (copies are not accepted). If we are unable to verify your identity for any reason, you will be refused participation.
