JYUTARO YAMANAKA 's appearance has been confirmed!
I will be playing Reiji Majima, a sincere and passionate elementary school teacher who works at the same elementary school as the protagonist, Iroha!



■ JYUTARO YAMANAKA will be making his first regular appearance in a prime-time drama series!
JYUTARO YAMANAKA will play Majima Reiji, a teacher who works at the same elementary school as Nashiki Ayaha and Ikuru. This will be Yamanaka's first regular appearance in a prime-time drama series.
From 2025 to 2026, Yamanaka appeared in three films and six dramas in quick succession, including the film "Kimi ga Tokubetsu" and the drama series "Ningen Hyohon." With his delicate expressions and realistic acting, Yamanaka is making great strides as an actor. He is also a member of the hugely popular group M!LK, which has appeared on NHK's Kohaku Uta Gassen.
In this film, Yamanaka plays a rookie elementary school teacher. Despite being only in his second year, he speaks his mind without hesitation and possesses the mental strength to brush off complaints from parents and sarcastic remarks from senior teachers. He is rational and proud, but he also has a side that shows deep respect and admiration for those he deems worthy of respect as a teacher, and deep down he harbors a passion for education and love for children.
Unaware that Iroha Nashiki's true identity has been transformed into Iroha from the Edo period, Majima is initially surprised and irritated by Iroha, who seems like a completely different person. However, he gradually finds himself drawn to Iroha...! The relationship between Iroha, Ikuru, and Majima begins to waver...!
This marks Yamanaka's first collaboration with Kamishiraishi and Mukai. Please pay attention to this first collaboration between Yamanaka, who is rapidly rising in popularity, and Kamishiraishi and Mukai.

I'm JYUTARO YAMANAKA, and I'll be playing the role of Majima Reiji.
When I heard that I'd been cast, I was incredibly happy.
I remember going to tell the other members as well.
Getting my first regular role in a prime-time drama was something I had been aiming for, so I was especially happy to have achieved it.

Regarding Iroha's "love" mentioned in the title, the story begins with a major event: time travel.
I think this drama strikes a wonderful balance between the unrealistic elements and the incredibly realistic portrayal of the teacher's inner world.
I think there are parts that I can relate to, and it moves me deeply.
So many things are happening one after another, and each episode is so captivating that you can't take your eyes off it.

I'm really motivated.
Looking at the script and the cast, I'm sure it will be a wonderful drama, and playing an elementary school teacher will allow me to show a new side of myself.
