If you are a member of multiple "+KIRARI" groups, please select one to apply for.

*Please be sure to register your membership information (address, name, date of birth, and phone number) on the “+KIRARI” website during the application period.
Please note that if you have not registered your membership information or if your application details differ from your membership registration information, your application may be invalid.
