Official merchandise can be purchased in advance and picked up at the venue.

This is a stylish lineup that is perfect for everyday use.

In order to reduce congestion at the merchandise counter on the day of the performance, we ask that customers who purchase merchandise use the venue pick-up option.

On the day of the performance, items will be sold at the venue sales booth after the "Advance Purchase/At-venue Pickup" reception has ended, and only items that are in stock will be sold. If the number of items available is limited or if all items are sold out, there may be no sales on the day. Please note.

* Please note that if you miss the venue pickup time slot you applied for, delivery may be required at a later date for which a fee will be charged.

*The venue will have a limited number of seats available for collection on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, the number of items available for sale is limited.

<How to purchase in advance and pick up at the venue>

1. Add the desired product to your cart and select the time you would like to receive it on the order process screen.

●To use venue pickup or advance application reception, please log in using your "Plus member ID" or the email address linked to your "Plus member ID."

If you have not yet registered for a "Plus member ID", please register before making your purchase.

Payment methods are credit card or convenience store payment (prepayment) only.

●If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee will be charged.

●If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline is the "order date" plus "within one day."

If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system, so please place the order again.

If you place an order on the closing date, please be aware of the payment deadline.

②Pick up at the venue on the day of the performance

Please prepare the following two items and collect your items at the designated collection counter within the venue during the selected time.

1. The QR code displayed on the "Purchase History Details Page" in "MY PAGE"

2. Identification document (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)

*You will only be required to present identification documents if verification is required to receive your item.

●Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day of the performance, items will be sold from the stock of those who have purchased in advance and picked up at the venue, so they may be sold out or there may be a limited number of items available. ●Please be sure to select a time when you can receive the item. Please note that if the time frame for receiving the item at the venue you applied for has passed, delivery may be required at a later date for which a fee will be charged.

●Please note that pre-ordered "venue pick-up" products cannot be picked up at the "venue sales" counter. Please use "venue sales" for additional purchases.

●A venue pickup fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged when using this service.

If you use convenience store payment, there will be a venue pick-up fee and a convenience store payment fee.

When you order, the following fees will be added to your "handling fee": Less than 30,000 yen: 275 yen (tax included) / Over 30,000 yen: 440 yen (tax included).

●Items will be picked up at the designated "venue pick-up" counter.

Please collect your ordered items from the selected pickup slot.

Tickets cannot be picked up at any other time or for another performance.

●If you arrive close to the end of the reception period for the selected collection slot, or depending on the collection situation on the day, we may not be able to collect your item within the time limit. We ask for your understanding. We recommend that you arrive at the opening time of collection.

●Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the customer's availability.

●If for unavoidable reasons you are unable to collect your package by the specified time, please contact the nearest staff member at the venue and follow their instructions and guidance.

●When you purchase, please have your order number handy. We will ask you for your name when you collect your order on the day.

●Only the person who placed the order can collect the item at the venue. Items cannot be collected on behalf of the person who placed the order.

●If you place multiple orders, they cannot be delivered together as a single order.

​When receiving your order, please make sure that the product and quantity are correct. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are incorrect after you have left the receiving window.

●Only customers who wish to purchase goods may line up at the pick-up counter. If you have companions, please meet them outside.

If you are unable to collect your item within the selected pick-up slot, it will be delivered to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date.

●Product shipping date: Items are scheduled to be shipped approximately one month after the performance date. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding product shipping dates, so please refrain from doing so.

●Shipping address: The "shipping address" registered when ordering

●Shipping: Shipping will be cash on delivery.

Shipping fee 880 yen + shipping handling fee 1,100 yen [total 1,980 yen]

*For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee is 1,100 yen (total 3,080 yen)

●We do not accept any cancellations after payment has been made.

●If you place multiple orders, we cannot ship them all together as a single order even if the items have not been received. Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each order.

●If the shipping fee is revised, the revised fee will apply. Please note in advance.

●Returns and exchanges are not possible for non-defective products. If there is a defect in the product,Generally, exchanges can only be made on the day at the venue.Therefore, please check the product after receiving it.
