We would like to announce details of the release event to be held on Sunday, January 12th at the special stage in the AEON Lake Town Mori G Parking Lot in Saitama Prefecture.

Please be sure to read the entire thing to the end, and we ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and manners so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.

[Event Details]

Mini live show & special event

・A "priority viewing area" will be set up for the mini live performance, where you can watch the event from a closer distance. A "priority viewing area admission ticket" is required to enter this area.

・The mini live is free for anyone to watch, but only in the designated free space at the venue. Viewing in areas other than the designated areas is not permitted.

・Since the venue has limited space, admission may be restricted depending on the situation.

[How to participate in the event]

At this release event, in order to ease congestion when purchasing CDs, we will be introducing a "CD purchase numbered ticket" system that uses a lottery system for advance application via the LINE app. In addition, "priority viewing area admission tickets" will also be issued via the LINE app. Please see below for more information on "CD purchase numbered tickets" and "priority viewing area admission tickets."

On the day of the event, customers who purchase the following products at the special CD sales booth will be given their CD purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order of their ticket numbers.

■ Priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number) → One ticket per person per transaction will be issued via the LINE app

■Air High Touch Event Ticket → 1 ticket will be given for every 2 eligible products

■ Individual jacket handover event participation ticket → 1 jacket will be given for every 3 eligible products

・There are two types of special event participation tickets, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.

・When purchasing a CD, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD. (Children can line up together.)

・There are a limited number of "priority viewing area admission tickets." They cannot be given to everyone who has a "CD purchase ticket."

Customers who wish to purchase a CD must apply for a "CD purchase ticket" in advance. Customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" may not be able to purchase the CD.

*Various restrictions may be imposed on the viewing area depending on the situation on the day.

[About purchasing CDs]

We will announce the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in one transaction on the day of the event. This is set to allow as many customers as possible to participate.

・Payment methods are cash and credit card (one-time payment) only. QR code payment and various coupons/point cards cannot be used. In addition, parking tickets are not issued.

・Please note that depending on the communication conditions on the day, you may not be able to use any payment method other than cash.

・Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after purchase, we will exchange it for a good product.

[About additional CD sales after the mini live]

Depending on the number of customers participating on the day, the number of bonus tickets distributed may reach the limit and sales may end. In that case, there will be no additional sales.

[About the priority viewing area]

- Please be punctual at the meeting point listed on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket."

- Each "priority viewing area admission ticket" will admit one person in the order of the number printed on the ticket.

- Only one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" will be issued per person per transaction, regardless of the number purchased.

・Numbered tickets for the Priority Viewing Area will be issued randomly and will not be issued in the order of purchase.

・To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need a "priority viewing area admission ticket."

・Bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the priority viewing area is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.

-The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited.

- "Priority viewing area admission tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

・If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the number behind you.

*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.

[Notes regarding viewing the mini live show]

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

・During the mini live or special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the staff, or other customers. If there is anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details.

・If any trouble occurs between customers, the parties involved will have to resolve it between themselves. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.

・Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.

・Please refrain from bringing anything that obstructs your view into the venue as it will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.

[Special event details]

*Special event participation tickets vary depending on the type of special event. Please be sure to select your ticket at the register when purchasing. *Janken trading cards will be given to you at the time of payment.

*When purchasing a CD, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD. (Children can line up together.)

・The cashier will randomly hand out rock-paper-scissors trading cards (7 types for each solo) to you at the time of payment.

*Please note that the rock-paper-scissors trading cards will not be handed out by the members.

・There may be times when a vinyl sheet (anti-splash sheet) is placed between you and the members.

・Any actions other than air high-five are prohibited.

- Apart from air high-fives, all dangerous actions such as hitting, grabbing, or flicking the seats, as well as talking or calling out loudly, are all prohibited.

*The air high-five event will be conducted in a single line, with attendees constantly walking within the space without stopping, so please follow the instructions of staff and move forward promptly without stopping.

・You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.

・You will not be allowed to participate while holding any objects in your hands, such as a fan or board.

・If participants are elementary school age or older, one "Air High-Five Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

・If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

・Staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.

・Bringing large baggage to the event is prohibited, so please use nearby coin lockers beforehand.

*Please make sure to put electronic devices such as cell phones and smart watches in the back of your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a cell phone on your shoulder or a smart watch.

・Please bring all your belongings with you when you participate, however, any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily stored before you join.

＜Notes regarding the individual jacket giveaway event＞

・Please choose your preferred member, and for each bonus ticket, you will receive a release event limited edition other jacket (each solo design) from one of your chosen members.

If you are participating multiple times, please join all the sessions at once.

・You will not be able to participate while holding anything in your hand, such as a fan or board. You will not be able to participate while wearing electronic devices, such as a smartwatch or shoulder-mounted smartphone.

-Touching members, sitting or squatting in front of members is prohibited.

・If participants are elementary school age or older, one "Individual Jacket Handover Event Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

・The handover event is a special event where the members will hand out the other jackets to customers as a token of their appreciation. Please refrain from standing still after handing them over.

- Customers who are not participating in the special event will not be allowed to wait or stand near the venue.

[Notes regarding special events and other events in general]

・Wearing a mask is at the individual's discretion.

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

・Please understand that we may have to cancel the participation of any special event due to the health of the members on the day. In addition, the special event is an event to show gratitude to those who purchased products, and as a general rule, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.

・If the event lasts for a long period of time, it may end halfway through.

・"Benefit tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

・The details of the special event may change. Please check the progress as in-store staff inform you. Please be sure to check the number of special event tickets you have on hand so that you do not miss out on any tickets or miss out on participating.

・Even if time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.

・We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.

・During the mini live or special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the event staff, or other customers. If there is anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details.

・Due to operational reasons, staff who have taken precautions against infection and disinfected their hands may touch your shoulders, arms, or the photo device to guide you and check how it is operated. Please only participate in the special event if you agree to this.

・Customers with cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath will be denied entry. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.

・If you experience any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.

・Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.

・We will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.

・Actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early morning in order to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.

・Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If you are observed engaging in such behavior, you will be asked to move away.

・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

・Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways to secure space by placing luggage at your feet, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

・Please be considerate of the customers behind you and do not hold fans, towels, etc. higher than face height.

・Due to weather, natural disasters, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs etc. will be borne by the customer.

・The event time may change.

・Please refrain from bringing in any photographic or recording equipment. Filming, recording, and recording are strictly prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you will be asked to delete all filming, recording, and recording data, and you will be banned from entering the event venue in the future.

・Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.

・Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect your event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) and you will be prohibited from attending the event and all future events at the event venue.

・If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.

- It is prohibited to watch the event while standing on venue equipment such as benches.

・It is strictly prohibited to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue using luggage, sheets, etc. Any luggage or sheets left behind may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any items that are removed or left behind.

・If complaints are received by the police or venue, the event may be canceled.

・Please take your trash home with you.

・The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Please be aware of this.

- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.

[Venue Notices]

*Entry into the venue and any plant areas is strictly prohibited.

*The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

* Viewing from the rooftop parking lot is strictly prohibited.

*During the event, all seating in the front of the stage will be required, except for the back of the top row.

*During the event, the use of umbrellas and parasols is prohibited when viewing from the bleachers. In case of rain, please bring rain gear.

*You are free to watch the mini live performance, but please note that it may be difficult to see the stage.

*The venue is outdoors. Please wear clothes that can withstand changing weather conditions and take good care of your health. If you are not feeling well, please notify a nearby staff member immediately.

If you fail to follow the above precautions, the event may be canceled.
