Talk & Benefit Event

A 'priority viewing area' will be set up for the event, allowing attendees to watch it more closely. Entry to this area requires a 'priority viewing area entry ticket (with a number)'.

After those with the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with a number)' have entered, free entry will be allowed if there is space available in the event area.

[How to participate in the event]

On the day of the event, customers who reserve eligible products with full payment at the CD sales booth will receive one 'Priority Viewing Area Entry Ticket (with a number)' and a 'Bonus Ticket' corresponding to the CDs they reserved.

■Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with assigned number) → One ticket will be issued per person per transaction.

■Air High Touch Event Participation Ticket → 1 ticket will be given for each eligible product

■3-shot photo session participation ticket → One ticket will be given for every two eligible products.

There are two types of participation tickets for the special event, so please be sure to choose one at the register when making your reservation.

When making a CD reservation, we kindly ask that only the person making the reservation lines up. (Children may line up together with you.)

The 'priority viewing area admission tickets (with serial numbers)' are limited in quantity.

Depending on the number of participants on the day, the distribution of special tickets may reach its limit and sales may end.

About CD Reservations

We will announce the limit on the number of tickets that can be reserved in a single transaction on the day of the event. This setting is intended to allow as many customers as possible to participate.

<About reservations>

Reservations will begin to be registered and accepted at the special register inside the store starting from 11 AM on Saturday, February 9th.

*Payments can only be made in cash or by credit card. (Vouchers, coupons, and point usage are not accepted.)

*Reservation registration and reception are only valid at the Kinshicho Parco store.

*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

*To register your reservation, we will need your mobile phone number and email address.

*Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive them.

*When registering for a reservation, please read the QR code posted at the event venue with your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models). Press the "Create a blank email" button on the displayed screen, check the sender's address, and then send the blank email.

*When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.

*Please select the item you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.

You can choose to pick up your reserved product at Tower Records Kinshicho Parco store or have it delivered (with an additional shipping fee of 900 yen).

* Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the QR code for payment at the cash register at the venue.

<About receiving>

*Product reservation period: Expected to arrive around the evening of April 22, 2025 (Tuesday) – for 4 weeks (until May 21, 2025 (Wednesday))

When receiving your product, please open the URL of the order information in the "Payment Completion Notification" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the date of arrival.

*The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date.

*After the reservation period ends, the product cannot be handed over. Please note that we cannot refund the payment in that case.*

<Payment methods for products>

・Payment methods are cash and credit card (one-time payment) only. QR code payment and various coupons/point cards cannot be used. In addition, parking tickets are not issued.

[Notes on watching the talk]

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

During talks and special events, please be careful not to point your mobile phone cameras towards the stage where the members are, or towards the staff and other guests. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff will approach you to check the situation.

・If any trouble occurs between customers, the parties involved will have to resolve it between themselves. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.

・Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.

・Please refrain from bringing anything that obstructs your view into the venue as it will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.

We will implement this with a vinyl sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the customer and the member.

・Any actions other than air high-five are prohibited.

- Apart from air high-fives, all dangerous actions such as hitting, grabbing, or flicking the seats, as well as talking or calling out loudly, are all prohibited.

The Air High Touch event will proceed in a manner where participants will walk continuously within the designated space without stopping. Please follow the staff's instructions and move forward promptly.

・You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.

・You will not be allowed to participate while holding any objects in your hands, such as a fan or board.

・If participants are elementary school age or older, one "Air High-Five Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

・If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

・Staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.

・Bringing large baggage to the event is prohibited, so please use nearby coin lockers beforehand.

*Please make sure to put electronic devices such as cell phones and smart watches in the back of your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a cell phone on your shoulder or a smart watch.

・Please bring all your belongings with you when you participate, however, any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily stored before you join.

<Important Notes Regarding the 3-Shot Photo Session>

A photo session with 2 members for a 3-shot.

Photography will be done using the customer's smartphone, with staff assisting in the shooting. No other photography equipment is permitted.

The filming will take place with a vinyl sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the members and the customers.

- Pose specification is not allowed; the members' pose will be fixed in a peace sign.

Holding goods or items while taking photographs is prohibited. Additionally, if you participate with items hanging from your clothing and staff determine it to be inappropriate, you may be denied participation.

- Customers who are not participating in the special event will not be allowed to wait or stand near the venue.

[Notes regarding special events and other events in general]

・Wearing a mask is at the individual's discretion.

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

Please understand that participation in any of the special events may be postponed due to the health conditions of the members on the day. Furthermore, the special events are held as a gesture of gratitude for those who have made reservations or purchases, and as a general rule, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.

・If the event lasts for a long period of time, it may end halfway through.

・"Benefit tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

・The details of the special event may change. Please check the progress as in-store staff inform you. Please be sure to check the number of special event tickets you have on hand so that you do not miss out on any tickets or miss out on participating.

・Even if time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.

・Customers with cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath will be denied entry. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.

・If you experience any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.

・Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.

・We will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.

・Actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early morning in order to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.

・Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If you are observed engaging in such behavior, you will be asked to move away.

・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
