◎How to apply at Lawson store terminal Loppi

Application period:

Those who complete their membership (and payment) procedures by February 16, 2025, at 23:59 can apply through Loppi.

If you have completed your membership (payment) by the above date and have not yet made a reservation, please apply as soon as possible.

Application Procedure:

1. Select 'Various Services' from the top menu screen of the Loppi machine inside the Lawson store.

② Touch "Shopping / @Loppi Goods Catalog / Delivery and Gift Items / Movie Tickets"

③ Touch "Members-only products"

Touch "Genjibu Observatory Limited Edition Reception".

Enter a total of 10 digits: your 6-digit fan club membership number plus the last 4 digits of your birth date (month and day) that you registered with the fan club.

(Example) If your membership number is 000001 and your birthday is August 7th, please enter "0000010807."

⑥ Select the product, follow the instructions on the screen, take the application ticket that comes out of Loppi, and pay for it at the register within 30 minutes.

⑦When the product is ready for collection, we will send you an email or short message (SMS) to inform you that collection is now available. Please confirm the details of the notification, prepare your collection barcode, and visit the store where you placed your order. You have 7 days to collect your product from the date of receipt.

▼Notes when applying via Loppi

*Please note that you cannot pick up your order at any store other than the one you reserved.

*Reservations, payments, and product pickup will be carried out at the Lawson store where you applied.

*Loppi reception at Lawson stores does not offer home delivery. Items must be picked up at the store where you made the reservation.

Reservations cannot be made through the internet or mobile sites. Please make your reservation directly at the Loppi machine located in Lawson stores.

*By registering your email address or mobile phone number (SMS) at the time of application, we will provide you with necessary information at the time of receipt. Please ensure that you can receive emails from 'hmv.co.jp'.

*You cannot use the "@Loppi receipt (customer copy)" given to you at the register after payment to pick up your items.

You will need the "pick-up barcode" to receive your item. We will notify you by email or SMS when your item is ready for collection.

*The deadline for receiving your parcel is 7 days from the date you are notified that your parcel will begin receiving. Please do not forget to collect your parcel.
