Official merchandise and photo sets will be on sale at the "ARENA LIVE 2025 Johakyu" venue.
Those who have tickets for the relevant performances will be able to pre-purchase official goods and photo sets, which can be picked up at the venue.
*This is not a pre-sale that will be delivered to your home before the show. It is a pre-sale that will be picked up at the venue on the day. Please be careful.

<How to purchase in advance and pick up at the venue>
1. Add the desired product to your cart and select the time you would like to receive it on the order process screen.
●To use venue pickup or advance application reception, please log in using your "Plus member ID" or the email address linked to your "Plus member ID."
If you have not yet registered for a "Plus member ID", please register before making your purchase.
Payment methods are credit card or convenience store payment (prepayment) only.
●If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee will be charged.
●If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline is the "order date" plus "within one day."
If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system, so please place the order again.
If you place an order on the closing date, please be aware of the payment deadline.
②Pick up at the venue on the day of the performance
Please prepare the following two items and collect your items at the designated collection counter within the venue during the selected time.
1. The QR code displayed on the "Purchase History Details Page" in "MY PAGE"
Please keep your order number handy when making a purchase, just in case.
2. Identification document (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)
*You will only be required to present identification documents if verification is required to receive your item.

●Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day of the performance, items will be sold from the stock of those who have purchased in advance and picked up at the venue, so they may be sold out or there may be a limited number of items available. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be sure to select a pickup time that you can definitely receive. If you miss the scheduled pickup time at the venue, you may have to pay for delivery at a later date, so please be careful.
●A venue pickup fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged when using this service.
If you use convenience store payment, there will be a venue pick-up fee and a convenience store payment fee.
When you order, the following fees will be added to your "handling fee": Less than 30,000 yen: 275 yen (tax included) / Over 30,000 yen: 440 yen (tax included).

We ask for your understanding. We recommend that you arrive at the opening time of collection.
●Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the customer's availability.
●If you are unable to receive your parcel by the designated time due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the nearest staff member at the venue and follow their instructions. Please note that even if you contact them, your parcel may still be delivered outside of the designated time.

●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations will not be accepted.
In that case, we will deliver the product to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date for a fee.
In this case, just as if you were not able to pick up the item at the venue, we will send the item to you by cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please pay and collect the item.

●Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the item is defective. If there is a defect in the product, we will basically only be able to exchange it on the day at the venue, so please be sure to check the product after receiving it.
