You can apply once for each serial number for the lottery. Each person can apply as many times as they want.

*The lottery for applications for this event will use the lottery system "chord."*

*Chord can be used from smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

*To apply, you must register as a member of chord (free of charge), so please be sure to complete your registration in advance.

On the day of the event, identity verification will be conducted using your "chord registered member information" and a photo ID specified by the organizer (see below), so please ensure that the details of your chord membership registration match the information on your ID.

Please enter the name you register with in the same format as your identification, using <Japanese (kanji, hiragana, katakana)> only. However, if the name on the passport or other official identification you bring on the event day is in English Roman letters, please enter it in English Roman letters (full-width). If a student ID or student handbook is not issued, a student certificate without a photo or a school-issued identification can be accepted (a certificate of enrollment is not acceptable).

Student handbooks that do not have a section for the student's name, or those where the name is not filled in, are not acceptable.

The resident registration certificate must include all members of the household. Partial household information is not acceptable. Please ensure that any personal identification numbers are obscured before presenting the document.

*You cannot participate even if you prepare other photo ID such as special technical licenses with a photo, temporary driver's licenses, employee IDs, or health insurance cards, other than the 'designated photo ID' mentioned above. Please make sure to prepare one of the specified 'designated photo IDs' from ① to ⑦ above.*

*Please make sure to protect your My Number card so that your personal number and other details are not visible when you present it.

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.


<Notes on identity verification>

During the identity verification process, we will compare your identity with the 'specified photo identification' designated by the organizer.

Confirmation is prohibited when the face is not visible or difficult to identify. Additionally, you may be asked to remove your mask for identity verification. Thank you for your cooperation.

Regardless of the presence of a photo, students who do not have a student ID, student handbook, student certificate, or identification issued by the school must prepare one of the specified forms of identification with a photo from the list above (1-6).

Please contact the relevant public institutions for information on the time and cost required to issue a 'photo ID' as specified by the organizer.

Please prepare the 'photo ID specified by the organizer' well in advance by the day of the event. We will not be able to accommodate any situations where the ID could not be issued in time.

If you are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or having issues with the specified identification documents, we will have to decline your participation. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

In order to prevent resale and transfer, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.


<If fraudulent activities such as forgery or impersonation of specified identification documents are discovered>

All customer event participation will be invalidated, and you will be required to leave the venue immediately. In such cases, we will not accept any returns or refunds, so please be aware of this in advance. On the day of the event, everyone is required to bring their own 'photo ID'. Additionally, please be advised that you may be denied participation in future events as well.


[Notes about various special events]

«Two-shot photo session»

Two-shot photo session with one member

The filming will take place with a vinyl sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the members and the customers.

- Poses cannot be specified, and the poses for the members will be announced at a later date.

Holding items such as merchandise during photography is prohibited. Additionally, if you participate with items hanging from your clothing that staff deem inappropriate, you may be denied participation or asked to temporarily store your belongings.

・Please make sure to secure all electronic devices such as cell phones and smart watches other than the device you will be using to take photos before participating. You will not be allowed to participate while wearing a cell phone or smart watch on your shoulder.

- The photo shoot will be conducted using the customer's own camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.

- Photography equipment such as film cameras and digital cameras cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will handle mobile phones with care, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur.

- The camera mode during the shoot will be the normal camera mode. The use of apps is prohibited.

Actions such as making members carry items, wear items, or squat are prohibited.

The acts of touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, moving directly behind members, and sitting or squatting are prohibited.

The customer will stand in the designated spot we have prepared for the photo shoot.

・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

During the filming, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please understand that items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before filming. Participation with items such as fans or boards is also not allowed.

For those using iPhone devices (and those using iOS-enabled devices even if not an iPhone), please hand your device to the camera reception staff while it is displaying the home screen, not while the camera is open. The staff will check to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not active. Please note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when checking the device after collecting the ticket, it will be deemed an act of "attempting to record the special benefits video intentionally, thereby obstructing smooth operation and progress," and the recording function will be stopped. The device will be returned without the special benefits video being recorded. At that time, the special benefits ticket will be collected and will not be returned, so please be very careful. Any recorded data captured while the recording functions (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture functions like iOS's Live Photos or screen recording) are ON during or after the shoot will be deleted, and only the device will be returned.

Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature of the Xperia mobile device is always turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot be performed if it is set to [Auto]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the regular shooting mode. Please note that, in order to check the settings, the order of photography guidance may be adjusted accordingly.

If the on-site staff suspects that recording is being done by means other than the screen recording function, we may ask you to close all "running applications." If you are performing any tasks on your device, please make sure to save your work and close the applications before lining up, ensuring that no applications other than the camera are running. (You will need to operate this yourself before recording. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from closing applications.)

Re-shooting is generally not permitted. However, there may be instances where staff may request a re-shoot at their discretion. In such cases, the original shooting data will be completely deleted after the re-shoot is conducted. For those using iPhone devices, please also delete the files from the recently deleted folder. Particularly, if you leave the designated area for the event, we will not be able to assist you upon your return, so please understand this in advance and make sure to confirm any issues immediately after the shoot on stage.

Using the flash/strobe function on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed (white-out) or underexposed (dark) when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate re-shooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows for shooting with ambient light.

Please turn off the smartphone's live function mode and hand it over to the staff.

Please be aware that staff and equipment may appear in the background depending on the angle. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.

Basically, we will photograph the members and customers in a way that includes their entire bodies, but depending on the situation on the day, we may adjust the framing, which could result in cropping out parts such as legs or shoulders.

Please be aware that customers who have finished their shoot or those who are not part of the shoot are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.

We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a wonderful photo shoot can be achieved within the limited time available.

If a preschool child is participating, only one preschool child is allowed per guardian.


"Individual Member Talk Event/Signing Event"

*Recording, filming, and photography are strictly prohibited during participation.

*The individual signings will be done on colored paper prepared by the organizer on the day of the event.

*At the individual signing event, only signatures may be written on the paper. Please refrain from requests for additional entries such as date, name, or illustrations.

*Touching members is prohibited.


[About wearing masks during individual member talk sessions/autograph sessions/two-shot photo sessions]

*The special event will be held with a vinyl sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the members and the customers.

We will leave the decision regarding mask-wearing to individual judgment.


[Notes when participating in the event]

※Only the person who has won the ticket may enter; no one else can enter for any reason. If family or friends come in place of the winner, they will also not be allowed entry, regardless of the reason. In such cases, there will be no refunds or exchanges for CD products.

*The organizers, venue, and performers bear no responsibility for any accidents, thefts, or ticket fraud that occur inside or outside the event venue.*

*The transfer or resale of participation rights is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any form of forgery or duplication is a crime, and if discovered, you will be denied participation in this event as well as in any future events, even if you hold participation rights for other sessions or dates. In severe cases, we will report to the police.*

*We do not take any responsibility for theft or troubles that occur between customers.

*You are not allowed to enter the booth with personal belongings (bags, goods, dolls, etc.).

Before entering the booth, staff will check to ensure that both of your hands are free. Please make sure to have your belongings, such as backpacks or shoulder bags, in a compact state so that your hands are free when you participate.

*Large items (including carry-on bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) are prohibited from being brought into the event venue. We cannot hold any items at the venue, so please use coin lockers or similar facilities in advance. We also cannot hold any other belongings.*

Please attach name tags or name plates, which should be the size of a business card or palm-sized, to your clothing using a pin badge.

Nameplates worn around the neck, fans, and handwritten papers are prohibited. Depending on the situation, there may be instances where the venue staff may ask you to refrain from using them.

*Please remove any accessories such as rings, bracelets, and watches before participating to prevent injury (excluding wedding rings).

Before entering the booth, staff will check both of your hands, so we appreciate your cooperation.

※ Entry using the 'Passcode (chord issued electronic ticket)' is done through smartphones and tablets (with some exceptions). Please ensure that your smartphone or tablet (with some exceptions) is fully charged and functioning before arrival. We will not be able to assist with issues related to dead batteries or device malfunctions.


[Other notes]

*Please note that staff may touch customers or their belongings to provide guidance. Only those customers who can accept this should apply.

*We will not accommodate participants who arrive late due to delays in public transportation such as airplanes or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare.*

*Except for some special events, all forms of photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited. If caught, your data will be deleted, and your equipment will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave. Please refrain from bringing any recording devices to events where recording is not allowed.

※Those who have completed check-in and entry with the "passcode (chord issued electronic ticket)" will remain in the waiting area and cannot leave the line. If you leave the line once, you will not be able to return to the waiting line and will not be able to participate, so please take care of any personal needs such as using the restroom in advance.

*Cutting in line by calling in companions at the reception or entry is prohibited.

*Except for some special events, after checking in and entering, please ensure that mobile phones, smartphones, cameras, etc., are stored "deep inside your bag." If any of these devices are visible on top of the bag, on the side, in pockets, or in breast pockets, staff will approach you to check the condition of the devices, so please be aware of this in advance.

Due to weather, troubles, or the circumstances of the artists, the event may unfortunately be canceled, or members may change or be absent. Additionally, the schedule and content of the event may change due to circumstances. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
