[How to apply/Notes]

Entry is automatic upon pre-ordering (and completing payment for) one eligible product on the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE sales website; therefore, no application is required from the customer.

Purchasing one CD allows for one entry, and there are no limits on the number of CDs that can be purchased or the number of entries that can be submitted. Individuals can buy as many CDs as they like and can enter as many times as they wish.

*Please be sure to select and purchase the product eligible for this event. Please note that if you purchase a regular product, you will not be eligible for the lottery.

* "Event entry products" are also eligible for store benefits.

*When ordering or registering, please make sure to enter your name in Japanese (Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana).

However, if the name on the "designated photo ID designated by the organizer" is written in English, please enter it in English.

Please note that entries in any other language will not be accepted for the event.

(For example, if someone named "Yamada Hanako" enters the name "YAMADA HANAKO" in the order information, they may be disqualified.)

In addition, if your name is in Japanese (kanji, hiragana, or katakana) but you enter it in English roman letters, you may be disqualified. Both the orderer information and delivery address information may be used, so please be sure to register and order using the applicant's information for both.

What you need on the day of the event:

On the day of the event, identity verification will be conducted at the winner's reception.

1. The "Winning Notification" screen found in the "Notifications" section of your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE My Page (screenshots and printouts are not accepted).

2. "Designated ID with photo as specified by the organizer" (photo, copy, and expired ID are not accepted)

Please bring both and arrive at the designated meeting time.

Please be sure to check the types of identification required and any important notes in advance. Please note that we cannot address any issues that arise if you do not confirm this.

When attending the event you have won, please be sure to bring one of the following original "designated photo IDs" (photos, copies, and expired IDs are not accepted) from the list of [1] to [6].

A certificate of enrollment is not acceptable.

Digital student IDs are not allowed.

Documents issued by preparatory schools and vocational schools are not acceptable.

For students (up to high school) who do not have a student ID with a photo issued by the school, it is acceptable to present a student ID without a photo, a student handbook, and a resident registration (for the entire household). Other combinations are not permitted.

If a student ID or student handbook is not issued, a student certificate without a photo or a school-issued identification can be accepted (a certificate of enrollment is not acceptable).

Student handbooks that do not have a section for the student's name, or those where the name is not filled in, are not acceptable.

The resident registration certificate must include all members of the household. Partial household information is not acceptable. Please ensure that any personal identification numbers are obscured before presenting the document.

*You will not be able to participate if you bring a special skills license, temporary driver's license, employee ID, or other form of photo ID other than the above-mentioned "designated photo ID." Please be sure to bring one of the "designated photo IDs" specified above (1) to (6).

*Please make sure to protect your My Number card so that your personal number and other details are not visible when you present it.

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.

During the identity verification process, we will compare your identity with the 'specified photo identification' designated by the organizer.

Confirmation is prohibited when the face is not visible or difficult to identify. Additionally, you may be asked to remove your mask for identity verification. Thank you for your cooperation.

・Students who are not issued a student ID, student handbook, student certificate or ID card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one of the designated IDs with a photo from ① to ⑤ specified above.

Please contact the relevant public institutions for information on the time and cost required to issue a 'photo ID' as specified by the organizer.

Please prepare the 'photo ID specified by the organizer' well in advance by the day of the event. We will not be able to accommodate any situations where the ID could not be issued in time.

If you are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or having issues with the specified identification documents, we will have to decline your participation. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

In order to prevent resale and transfer, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

All customer event participation will be invalidated, and you will be required to leave the venue immediately. In such cases, we will not accept any returns or refunds, so please be aware of this in advance. On the day of the event, everyone is required to bring their own 'photo ID'. Additionally, please be advised that you may be denied participation in future events as well.

[Notes when participating in the event]

*Only one winner can attend. No one other than the winner will be allowed to enter for any reason. Family members or friends attending on behalf of the winner will also be denied entry regardless of the reason. In such cases, no refunds or refunds will be given for CD products.
