Regarding identity verification and membership verification for "GNJB FC Limited Tour Laboratory – Ne"

For this performance, we will randomly verify the identity of attendees and check their membership expiration dates at the entrance and within the auditorium.

Please be sure to bring the following identification documents (copies not accepted, only originals are valid, expired documents are invalid) for everyone registered during the application process when you arrive. Additionally, you will need to have your My Page (app) ready to display.

If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse your entry.

The following are acceptable forms of identification. Please be sure to check them before applying or attending.

*Copies and expired documents are invalid.

■ "Photo ID" (bring one of the following):

① Driver's license (※Only Class 1 and Class 2 driver's licenses are valid)

② passport

*If your passport does not include your address, you will also need another official document that verifies your current address, such as a resident registration certificate or health insurance eligibility certificate. Please be sure to bring it with you.

③ My Number Card with photo (Notification Card not accepted)

*Please present your My Number (Individual Number) in a case or similar to protect it from being visible.

④ Special Permanent Resident Certificate or Residence Card (Alien Registration Certificate)

⑤ A disability certificate with a photograph (one that has measures in place to prevent photo tampering).

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.

⑥ Student ID card/student handbook with photo (Please check the conditions below)

You will not be able to participate if you provide any other documents with a photograph besides those listed above. Please be sure to provide one of the above items ① to ⑥.

■If you do not have any of the above "photo identification documents" (please bring any two of the following):

*Please bring all official certificates in the same condition as when they were officially issued.

Additionally, resident registration certificates, family register transcripts, and seal registration certificates must have been issued within the last three months.

⑥ Student ID/student handbook without a photo (Please check the conditions below)

■ About student ID cards and student handbooks

Forms without a name entry field or those with no name written in the entry field will not be accepted.

If you do not have a student ID or student handbook, you can use a "student ID with photo" or "photo ID" issued by your school (however, "certificates of enrollment," "digital student IDs," or those issued by cram schools or vocational schools are not accepted).

- Items that do not have a photograph and to which you have attached (or appear to have attached) a photograph will not be accepted as a "student ID card/student handbook with a photograph."

Membership expiration dates can only be viewed through the app.

Please note that the ticket and membership expiration date displayed are only valid on the same device. If you enter using a different device, your ticket may be invalidated.

・Documents not listed as valid identification documents for this performance, such as utility bill receipts, will not be accepted as proof of identity.

If you have changed your name or address registered with the fan club, please bring official identification that can verify both your old and new information.

- When applying for tickets or registering for the fan club, if you are unable to enter kanji characters due to reasons such as variant characters (old forms), please enter alternative commonly used kanji characters. As long as the kanji characters you enter are legible and match those on your identification documents, there will be no problem with identity verification.

If your registered address differs from the address on your identification document due to temporary reasons such as temporary housing, commuting to school, or working away from home, please update your fan club membership information to match the address on your identification document.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages, such as not receiving mail from the fan club, resulting from registering an address other than your current address.

If you reside outside of Japan, please bring your passport and an official document that verifies your current address outside of Japan (such as a driver's license or residence certificate).

If you forget the specified identification document mentioned above, or if it is lost, incomplete, or not issued in time, or for any other reason, we will refuse your entry if we are unable to verify your identity or membership. Please understand this in advance.

If you do not have a photo ID, verification may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Forging, altering, or reusing identification documents is strictly prohibited.

If we suspect the documents are forged or if we are unable to verify your identity, we may request additional identification documents regardless of the specified number of points. Please be aware of this in advance.
