"Premium Two-Shot Photo Session"

This is a photo session where one customer and one member of their choice will take a two-shot photo together.

The photos will be taken using the customer's smartphone.

Finally, the members will hand out postcards to all the attendees.

"Premium Autograph Session"

Each member will take a seat in front of you one by one, and you will be able to sign and talk with each member.

During the signing event, you will be able to take photos and videos from your seat. However, please be aware that photography and recording are prohibited when you are directly communicating with the members for signatures.

By reserving one eligible product (and completing payment) on the Genjibu Observatory members-only sales site, you will be automatically entered into the drawing; therefore, no application is required from the customer.

Purchasing one CD allows for one entry, and there are no limits on the number of CDs that can be purchased or the number of entries that can be submitted. Individuals can buy as many CDs as they like and can enter as many times as they wish.

*Please be sure to select and purchase the product eligible for this event. Please note that if you purchase a regular product, you will not be eligible for the lottery.

* "Event application products" are also eligible for each store's benefits.

*This event is limited to Genjibu Observatory members. Please note that if you are not a member at the time of purchase, you will not be able to purchase.

The lottery results for this event will be announced using the lottery system "enchord" from "chord."

You will be automatically entered when you make a purchase at the participating store, so you do not need to register as a member of chord (free of charge) or apply on chord. However, please make sure to set up your device to receive emails from <@cdefgah.net>.

Winners will be selected by lottery from customers who purchased eligible products during the application period, and will be notified of their "winner" or "loser" status via email from chord.

The delivery of the result email is scheduled for the estimated time, but it may vary.

What you need on the day of the event:

We use 'passchord' (chord-issued electronic ticket) issued by chord.

To participate, you will need a smartphone (including a tablet) capable of displaying your 'passchord' (chord-issued electronic ticket).

If a student ID or student handbook is not issued, a student certificate with a photo or a school-issued identification is also acceptable.

Documents without a photo attached, or those where a photo has been added by the individual, are not acceptable.

A certificate of enrollment is not acceptable.

Digital student IDs are not allowed.

Documents issued by preparatory schools and vocational schools are not acceptable.

For students (up to high school) who do not have a student ID with a photo issued by the school, it is acceptable to present a student ID without a photo, a student handbook, and a resident registration (for the entire household). Other combinations are not permitted.

If a student ID or student handbook is not issued, a student certificate without a photo or a school-issued identification can be accepted (a certificate of enrollment is not acceptable).

Student handbooks that do not have a section for the student's name, or those where the name is not filled in, are not acceptable.

The resident registration certificate must include all members of the household. Partial household information is not acceptable. Please ensure that any personal identification numbers are obscured before presenting the document.

*You will not be able to participate if you bring a special skills license, temporary driver's license, employee ID, or other form of photo ID other than the above-mentioned "designated photo ID." Please be sure to bring one of the "designated photo IDs" specified above (1) to (6).

*Please make sure to protect your My Number card so that your personal number and other details are not visible when you present it.

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.

During the identity verification process, we will compare your identity with the 'specified photo identification' designated by the organizer.

Confirmation is prohibited when the face is not visible or difficult to identify. Additionally, you may be asked to remove your mask for identity verification. Thank you for your cooperation.

・Students who are not issued a student ID, student handbook, student certificate or ID card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one of the designated IDs with a photo from ① to ⑤ specified above.

Please contact the relevant public institutions for information on the time and cost required to issue a 'photo ID' as specified by the organizer.

Please prepare the 'photo ID specified by the organizer' well in advance by the day of the event. We will not be able to accommodate any situations where the ID could not be issued in time.

If you are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or having issues with the specified identification documents, we will have to decline your participation. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

In order to prevent resale and transfer, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

All customer event participation will be invalidated, and you will be required to leave the venue immediately. In such cases, we will not accept any returns or refunds, so please be aware of this in advance. On the day of the event, everyone is required to bring their own 'photo ID'. Additionally, please be advised that you may be denied participation in future events as well.

[Notes about various special events]

"Premium Two-Shot Photo Session"

Please note that this two-shot photo session will involve the member and the customer sitting across from each other at a table.

- Please sit in the designated position and we will take your picture.

Our staff will guide you to your designated location, so please be sure to follow their instructions.

- Poses cannot be specified, and the poses for the members will be announced at a later date.

Holding items such as merchandise during photography is prohibited. Additionally, if you participate with items hanging from your clothing that staff deem inappropriate, you may be denied participation or asked to temporarily store your belongings.

The photoshoot will be a full-body shoot.

Only vertical orientation photography will be allowed.

・We will not accept any requests regarding the angle of view, etc.

Selfies and individual shots of members will not be taken.

Please note that you are not permitted to bring any electronic devices other than the device used for taking photos, such as mobile phones or smartwatches, into the fan event booth.

・For photos, staff will take your camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device. Photographs cannot be taken with other devices (instax, digital cameras, film cameras, SLR cameras, etc.). Please make sure you are able to launch your camera app immediately before lining up.

- Photography equipment such as film cameras and digital cameras cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will handle mobile phones with care, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur.

・Photographs will be taken using the standard camera on your smartphone. The use of photo apps is prohibited. We will not be responsible for any issues that arise when taking photographs using apps. Furthermore, we will not accept photographs taken with a standard angle of view (aspect ratio 4:3). We ask for your understanding.

Actions such as making members carry items, wear items, or squat are prohibited.

The acts of touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, moving directly behind members, and sitting or squatting are prohibited.

During the filming, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please understand that items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before filming. Participation with items such as fans or boards is also not allowed.

・iPhone users (and those using other iOS devices) should hand over their camera to the camera reception staff with the home screen displayed, not with the camera turned on. The staff will check and operate the screen recording and audio recording functions. Please note that the screen recording function will only activate if the device is operated for the purpose of recording. If the screen recording function is activated when the staff checks the device after collecting the bonus ticket, it will be deemed an attempt to intentionally record a video for the bonus event, disrupting the smooth running and progress of the event. The recording function will be disabled and the device will be returned to you without any recording of the bonus event. In this case, your participation in the bonus event will be void. Please be careful. If recording other than still images (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture functions (e.g., iOS Live Photos, screen recording, etc.)) is enabled during or after the event, all data captured will be deleted and the device will be returned to you.

Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature of the Xperia mobile device is always turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot be performed if it is set to [Auto]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the regular shooting mode. Please note that, in order to check the settings, the order of photography guidance may be adjusted accordingly.

・If on-site staff suspect that you are using a function other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all running apps. If you are performing any work on your device, be sure to save your work and close the app before lining up, and make sure that no apps other than the camera are running. (Please do this yourself before taking a photo. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to closing apps.)

・Retakes are not permitted as a general rule. Staff may ask you to take a new photo at their discretion. In that case, the new photo will be taken first, and then the original photo data will be completely deleted. If you are using an iPhone, please also delete it from your recently deleted files folder. In particular, if you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you return, so please understand this in advance and be sure to check for any problems after taking the photo before leaving the special event lane.

Using the flash/strobe function on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed (white-out) or underexposed (dark) when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate re-shooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows for shooting with ambient light.

Please turn off the smartphone's live function mode and hand it over to the staff.

Please be aware that staff and equipment may appear in the background depending on the angle. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.

・We will generally take photos that include the entire body of the members and customers, but depending on the situation on the day, we may have to adjust the angle of view so that their legs or shoulders are cut off.

Please be aware that customers who have finished their shoot or those who are not part of the shoot are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.

We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a wonderful photo shoot can be achieved within the limited time available.

Finally, the members will give a gift to each participant. Please proceed to the exit after receiving your gift.

"Premium Autograph Session"

*Photography is limited to customers' smartphones or mobile phones.

*There are no restrictions on auxiliary equipment for photography (such as tripods), but please refrain from using lenses or other photographic equipment that may disturb other customers.

*Only one camera per person is allowed for photography.

*Please set up your filming equipment in front of your seat, at eye level.

*Attaching message boards, fans, and other items to filming equipment is prohibited.

*Please be aware that photography and recording are prohibited from the time you line up for the signing event until you return to your seat.

*When taking photos from your seat, please make sure to be seated.

*When participating in the signing event, please leave your camera at your seat. Please note that the event organizers will not be responsible for any theft of cameras or equipment, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The autograph boards will be provided by the organizers. Please note that we will not sign any autographs other than those provided.

*At the signing event, only signatures will be written on the colored paper. Please refrain from requests for additional inscriptions such as dates, names, or illustrations.

[Regarding mask wearing]

・Wearing a mask will be left to the discretion of the individual.

[Notes when participating in the event]

*Only one winner can attend. No one other than the winner will be allowed to enter for any reason. Family members or friends attending on behalf of the winner will also be denied entry regardless of the reason. In such cases, no refunds or refunds will be given for CD products.

*The organizers, venue, and performers bear no responsibility for any accidents, thefts, or ticket fraud that occur inside or outside the event venue.*

*The transfer or resale of participation rights is strictly prohibited. Before entering the booth, staff will check to ensure that both of your hands are free. Please make sure to have your belongings, such as backpacks or shoulder bags, in a compact state so that your hands are free when you participate.

*Large items (including carry-on bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) are prohibited from being brought into the event venue. We cannot hold any items at the venue, so please use coin lockers or similar facilities in advance. We also cannot hold any other belongings.*

Please attach name tags or name plates, which should be the size of a business card or palm-sized, to your clothing using a pin badge.

Nameplates worn around the neck, fans, and handwritten papers are prohibited. Depending on the situation, there may be instances where the venue staff may ask you to refrain from using them.

*Please remove any accessories such as rings, bracelets, and watches before participating to prevent injury (excluding wedding rings).

Before entering the booth, staff will check both of your hands, so we appreciate your cooperation.

*Entry using 'passchord (chord-issued electronic ticket)' requires the use of a smartphone or tablet (excluding some models). Please ensure your smartphone or tablet (excluding some models) is fully charged and working beforehand. We cannot be held responsible for any issues such as dead battery or malfunction of your smartphone or tablet (excluding some models).

[Other notes]

*Please note that staff may touch customers or their belongings to provide guidance. Only those customers who can accept this should apply.

*We will not accommodate participants who arrive late due to delays in public transportation such as airplanes or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare.*

*Except for some special events, all forms of photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited. If caught, your data will be deleted, and your equipment will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave. Please refrain from bringing any recording devices to events where recording is not allowed.

*Those who have completed registration and entry using 'passchord (chord-issued electronic ticket)' will remain in the waiting line and will not be allowed to leave the line. If you leave the line, you will not be able to return to the waiting line and will not be able to participate, so please use the restroom beforehand.

*Cutting in line by calling in companions at the reception or entry is prohibited.

*Except for some special events, after checking in and entering, please ensure that mobile phones, smartphones, cameras, etc., are stored "deep inside your bag." If any of these devices are visible on top of the bag, on the side, in pockets, or in breast pockets, staff will approach you to check the condition of the devices, so please be aware of this in advance.
