ONE N' ONLY has started accepting support advertisements.
The Jeki Support Advertising Office, a joint venture of JR East Japan Planning Co., Ltd., will serve as the reception desk for this operation. With the approval of SDR, the Jeki Support Advertising Office will handle application acceptance, provision of usable materials, and review, approval, and support of the content related to advertising.
■ONE N’ ONLY Support Advertising Regulations
These regulations set forth the conditions under which you (hereinafter referred to as "advertisers") can submit promotional advertisements related to ONE N’ ONLY (hereinafter referred to as "ONE N’ ONLY promotional advertisements").
When applying to submit a support advertisement for ONE N’ ONLY, please read all the contents of these regulations and ensure compliance with the following matters. Furthermore, it is assumed that you have agreed to all these regulations at the time of applying for the ONE N’ ONLY support advertisement.
Usable materials
・The following materials may be used for displaying support advertisements.
① ONE N’ ONLY Group shot/Individual shots
ONE N’ ONLY Official Logo
・Usable materials will be sent by the Jeki Support Advertising Office. Please refrain from using materials obtained from social media or websites.
・Please refrain from posting illustrations drawn by fans due to copyright issues.
Required information
- Please include the copyright notice "©SDR inc." in an easily visible location.
Please place the phrase 'From SWAG' in a visible position.
Prohibited acts
The following advertisements supporting ONE N' ONLY are prohibited from being published.
①Works that include obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, political, cruel, or offensive language to third parties, or that violate other laws or regulations or public order and morals.
Works that infringe on the ownership rights, copyright, and other intellectual property rights of ONE N' ONLY and other third parties, including expressions that violate privacy rights.
3. Works that contain expressions deemed inappropriate by the Jeki Support Advertising Office.
・Please refrain from processing, modifying, or changing the color tone of the available materials.
Please refrain from using materials intended for ONE N' ONLY support advertisements for any other purpose.
・Any other actions that the Jeki Support Advertising Office deems inappropriate may be designated as prohibited actions.
If the jeki support advertising office determines that the above-mentioned prohibited actions apply, even after permission for publication has been granted, the permission for ONE N' ONLY support advertising may be revoked.
Disclaimer
The advertiser shall place the ONE N' ONLY support advertisement at their own risk.
The SDR and jeki support advertising office shall not bear any responsibility for any disputes arising between the advertisers and third parties regarding the submission of advertisements for ONE N' ONLY, regardless of the cause.
In the event that the advertiser incurs any damages due to the publication of the ONE N' ONLY support advertisement, regardless of the reasons, SDR and the jeki support advertisement office shall not be held liable.
