"ONE N' LIVE 2024 Happy Holi ~Merry XmaSWAG~ SCRATCH" will be held on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th!
Anyone who is a member can participate in this Scratch event.

In addition, winners who attend the event on the day will be able to redeem their prizes at the +KIRARI booth at the venue.

This is an event where you will have a live phone call with the winning member for 30 seconds.
*We will call you after 9:00 p.m. on both the 24th and 25th.
*Please note that if you do not answer after calling several times, you will not be eligible to win.
*In order to ensure safe communication between customers and members, we may verify and record the content separately.
*After a live call, a record of the call may temporarily remain on your chat screen, but please note that it will be automatically deleted.

*If you are unable to pick up your item on the day, it will be delivered at a later date.

Only B and C prizes can be redeemed on the day. D prize will be delivered at a later date.

1. Please come to the +KIRARI booth.
2. At the booth, check the [Winning Screen] and [Digital Membership Card].
3. Once the above two points have been confirmed, we will hand over the prize to you.

Delivery will be based on the information registered in My Page > Settings > Shipping Information Registration.
