Details of the special application lottery to commemorate the release of ONE N' ONLY's single "BLAST" have been decided.

Please be sure to check the application details and notes for each course before applying!

<How to apply>
A lottery ticket with a serial number will be included with the single "BLAST." Please use the serial number on the lottery ticket to choose one of your desired prizes and apply.
*Serial numbers will be included in all versions, but only in the first pressing of the regular version.

■ Important points to note when applying
*Each person may apply as many times as they like, but the serial number will become invalid once it has been used.

*We will not reissue application lottery tickets with serial numbers, regardless of the reason.
*Reselling serial numbers is prohibited. We will not be liable for any disputes between customers arising from resale or transfer.
*Please be careful not to make any mistakes when entering your information as we will distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters and full-width and half-width characters.
*Please keep the serial numbered application lottery bonus ticket in a safe place even after completing your application until the end of the event and the arrival of your prize.

*During certain times of the day, such as close to the deadline, it may be difficult to connect to the application page. Please apply well in advance.

<Please be aware of applications from minors>
*If customers aged 6 years or older are participating in the event, they will need to be eligible to win.
*If a child has difficulty entering the application form themselves, and registers under a parent's name and is selected, the child or someone else registered under a different name will not be able to participate.
*If the child does not have a mobile device, please register and apply using the parent's mobile phone under the child's name (name, address, date of birth). On the day of the event, the parent will need to bring the parent's mobile device and the child's designated ID to verify their identity.
*Even small children will need identification documents. Please obtain a passport or My Number card in advance.
*If a child under the age of 12 is participating in the event, they may be accompanied by one parent or guardian. <A Prize: 2-shot photo session, individual member autograph session application details, participation notes>
●For the two-shot photo session, we will ask you to provide us with your camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device, and a member of staff will take a photo of you and a member together.

●For the individual member autograph sessions, the organizers will prepare the other jackets and pens for signing. Please note that autographs will not be given on prepared items such as colored paper or with pens.

*Details and notes regarding the two-shot photo session and individual member autograph sessions will be provided to winners at a later date.

■About the passcode (electronic ticket issued by Chord)
To participate in this event, you will need to use the electronic ticket "passcode" issued by chord.
To prevent tickets from being sold or transferred, the "passcode" will be provided to you around 8:00 p.m. the day before each event.
※To participate, you will need a smartphone (including tablets) that can display the 'passcode'.
*Please note that those who do not have a smartphone or tablet (with some exceptions) will not be able to participate in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please confirm and download or take a screenshot of the 'passcode' as soon as it is distributed, and prepare accordingly.
*You will be required to present a "passcode" on the day of the event. Please make sure to bring one mobile device per person.

■About identity verification
Please be sure to check the types of identification required and any important notes in advance. Please note that we cannot address any issues that arise if you do not confirm this.
In addition, we will not be able to accommodate transfers or CD refunds if you are unable to attend the event due to the time it takes to identify your ID, so please make sure to bring the ``photo ID specified for this event'' with you.

On the day of the event, we will verify your identity by providing a photo ID designated for this event, which will show your registered member information on chord.

*Students (over high school students) whose school does not issue a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card must prepare one of the designated photo IDs from among 【1】 to 【6】 above.

*However, students (up to high school students) whose schools do not issue photo IDs, student handbooks, student certificates, or ID cards are allowed if they have the following two items. Other combinations are not allowed.

◆ Student ID/student handbook without photo + resident registration card (for all members of the household)
*If your school does not issue a student ID or student handbook, a student ID card without a photo or school-issued ID will be accepted (a student registration certificate will not be accepted).
*Student ID cards and student handbooks without the student's name written on them will not be accepted.
*Please prepare a residence certificate that lists all members of the household. Only a portion of the household is acceptable.

*You will not be able to participate with any photo ID other than the one specified for this event.
For example, you will not be able to participate even if you bring an employee ID, health insurance card, credit card, etc. Please make sure to bring one of the "designated photo IDs" specified above (1) to (6).
*If it is discovered that the "designated photo ID" is a forgery, such as by attaching a different photo to your ID, you will not be able to participate.
*Even if you have the photo ID specified for this event, if staff determines that you are not the person in question, you will not be able to participate.

■Participation notes
*Only the winner can participate in the event.
*Your identity will be verified on the day of the event. Please be sure to read the above points regarding identity verification.
*If you are not the person in question for any reason, you will be denied participation.
※ The rights to win are strictly prohibited from being sold or transferred to third parties, including family and friends. If this is discovered, participation will be denied.
*Please contact the relevant public institution to find out the time and cost required to issue the "Event-designated photo ID."
Please prepare your ticket well in advance of the event day. We cannot accept any requests if the ticket is not issued in time.
*Venue and members cannot be changed after application.

<B Prize: Selfie Trading Card Application Details and Notes>
*The winning prizes are scheduled to be delivered in July 2025.
*Please note that the expected delivery date of the prize may change without notice.
*Prizes will only be shipped to winners within Japan.
*The prize will be shipped to the address you registered as a member of Chord (free of charge), so please make sure you register correctly. Even if you have already registered as a member of Chord (free of charge), please make sure your address is registered correctly before applying.
*If there is a change in your address, please contact us within one week of the announcement of the winners. We will not be able to accept any changes after one week.
*We are not responsible for storing returned items due to long-term absence or unknown address due to customer's convenience. We cannot reship the item, so the winning will be invalidated in that case. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries if it has been more than three months since the shipment was completed.
*The sale or transfer of the prize is strictly prohibited.

<Other notes>
