Those whose expiration date after completing renewal procedures is between the end of June 2026 and the end of May 2027

*Those who joined after June 1, 2025 are not eligible for this year's renewal benefits. If you renew next year, you will be eligible for the 2026 renewal benefits.

 

How to renew your subscription

You can renew your membership from the month before your membership expiration date.
If you are currently in the renewal period, a "Renewal" button will be displayed on your MY PAGE, so please use this to complete the renewal procedure.
*If the button does not appear on MY PAGE, your "automatic renewal setting" is ON or you are outside of your subscription period.

For those who joined in June 2025
・Expiration date: June 30, 2026
・Continuation procedures: Possible from May 1, 2026
 

Payment amount

Annual fee: ¥4,400 (tax included)

 

Automatic update settings

For customers who have the automatic renewal setting turned on, your membership will be automatically renewed on the first day of the month in which your membership expires (if your membership expires on June 30, 2026, your membership will be automatically renewed on the first day of the month in which your membership expires).

If you wish to turn off the automatic renewal setting, you can do so on MY PAGE by the end of the month prior to your membership expiration date (for example, by May 31, 2026 if your membership expiration date is June 30, 2026).

Please note that payment will be automatically confirmed when your membership expires, so if you have automatic renewal turned on, we will not be able to provide refunds.

Shipping time

​For members whose renewal procedure has been completed and whose fan club membership expiration date is June 30, 2026, we plan to start shipping items from the end of July 2025.
If you are eligible for the above shipments, please check your address, name (in hiragana), etc. by 23:59 on Sunday, July 6th, 2025 at "MY PAGE" → "Bitfan ID User Information".

After that, we will ship your order around the end of the month following the month in which you make your renewal payment.

*We will only notify you again if there is a significant delay in shipping.
