"Upgrade tickets" can only be applied for by those who have won a "reserved seat" ticket in the applicable advance sale and have completed payment.
*If you do not have a reserved seat ticket purchased through the applicable advance sale, you cannot apply. Those who have not paid or have been unsuccessful are not eligible.

[Upgrade ticket price]
Upgrade price: 10,000 yen (tax included) per ticket
(Advance ticket 15,000 yen (tax included) → Upgrade reserved seat 25,000 yen (tax included) per ticket)

*If you are selected as a winner, you will be required to pay the difference in price of 10,000 yen (tax included) per ticket plus various fees.
By paying the difference in fare of 10,000 yen (tax included) and various fees, your seat type will be changed to an upgraded reserved seat.
*Please check the reception website for details on various fees.
*Upgraded reserved seats will not be eligible for fixed price trading after the upgrade is complete.
*If you are not selected in the lottery, or if you are selected but are unable to make payment within the payment period, you will be provided with a "reserved seat."
Please note that the ticket price for the previous seat type cannot be refunded.
*We cannot provide refunds for any reason, including if you make a mistaken purchase.

Customers who wish to watch from a wheelchair area can also apply for an "upgrade ticket," however, even if they are selected (make a payment), they will not be eligible for a seat upgrade.
Please note that this offer only applies to the entrance gate reserved for "Upgrade Ticket" purchasers and the receipt of original goods exclusive to "Upgrade Ticket" purchasers.

① Guaranteed arena seating
You can view the show in the "Upgrade Ticket" area shown on the area map.

② An entrance gate exclusively for "upgrade ticket" purchasers
On the day of the performance, please enter through the entrance gate reserved for "upgrade ticket" purchasers. You will not be able to enter through any other gates.

3) Original goods exclusive to "Upgrade Ticket" purchasers
Only those who purchase an "upgrade ticket" will receive original goods (one fan for each group (selected design from 9 types) and a VIP pass).

*The bonus can only be redeemed at the upgrade bonus exchange booth on the day of the performance for which you purchased your ticket.
We cannot accept delivery, exchange at a later date, or exchange on a different performance day. Please be sure to exchange your tickets during the exchange time on the day of the performance.
*The design on the [Group Fan] will be the design of the group of the fan club (or the member's group in the case of KIRARI) that you registered for when applying for the winning ticket.
*If you purchase two or more tickets, any accompanying persons will receive fans with the same design as the representative.

* Please make sure to apply for the same performance and number of tickets as the performance you purchased in the advance sale.
Upgrades to a different performance date or a different number of tickets than those purchased are not possible.

・Apply for 4 "upgrade tickets" for the August 15th (Friday) performance
→The ticket is valid because the performance date and number of tickets match.

・Apply for 4 "upgrade tickets" for the performance on Saturday, August 16th
→Invalid (not accepted) as the performance is different.

・Apply for two "upgrade tickets" for the August 15th (Friday) performance
→The number of tickets purchased is different from the number of tickets purchased, so the ticket is invalid (you have been rejected).

[2] After selecting the relevant performance page under [Before the event] on your My Page, select "Apply here" and follow the instructions to apply.
*You will need an access key (six alphanumeric characters) to apply. Please check your access key on the ticket board My Page.

*This application will be accepted by lottery. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your upgrade ticket will be granted.
*If you apply for two or more tickets in the applicable advance sale, you must register the same person as the companion you specified when applying. You cannot change the companion.
