We would like to inform you as follows regarding the shipping of "PHOTOBOOK #003", which is available exclusively to SWAG members.
◆Shipping time
We had previously announced that shipments would begin in late July, but this has now been changed to begin in early August.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to this product for the wait, but please be patient until it arrives.
◆ Target recipients
Those who join or renew (= complete payment) by 23:59 on Monday, June 30, 2025
*If your membership expiration date is the end of June 2025 and you have not completed the renewal procedure, you will not be eligible for shipping if you do not make payment within the above period.
◆ Regarding bundling with registration benefits and renewal benefits
・Those who joined or renewed in June 2025
→The membership benefits, renewal benefits and "PHOTOBOOK #003" will be shipped together.
Those whose grace period was renewed in June 2025
→The 2024 renewal bonus and "PHOTOBOOK #003" will be shipped separately.
◆ Scheduled shipping date
Shipment is scheduled to start from early August.
[About shipping]
・The item will be shipped to the address registered in your Bitfan ID user information on MY PAGE as of 23:59 on Monday, June 30, 2025.
-Delivery will be via post to your mailbox.
・We may not be able to deliver your package if the building name or room number is not listed, or if the name on the nameplate is different, so please be sure to check your registered address on MY PAGE.
[Regarding defective bonus items]
・Exchanges of bonuses will only be accepted if there is a significant defect or if the packaging is obviously incorrect.
- Minor scratches or scuffs that occur during the manufacturing process, or light stains on the back, are not considered defects.
[Regarding incomplete packaging]
- We take great care in shipping and packaging, but if you receive a different bonus, or have any other problems, such as a missing item, please contact us using the inquiry form.
・If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within one week of arrival.
If you do not make your request within the deadline, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
