We would like to announce details of the release event to be held in Osaka Prefecture on Saturday, October 18th.

Please be sure to read the entire document to the end, and please strictly follow the rules and etiquette so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.
If you do not check the precautions in advance, we will not be able to respond to any problems that arise on the day.

*Please be sure to follow the rules below when participating.
"CD purchase tickets" and "priority area admission tickets" can only be applied for one per person (up to one device).
Multiple applications using multiple devices are not permitted.
Please note that we will contact customers who have multiple "CD purchase tickets" or "priority area admission tickets."

*This venue only accepts cash payments when pre-ordering CDs.
Please note that credit cards, electronic money, QR code payments, etc. cannot be used.

[When holding an outdoor event]
・As the event will be held outdoors, please take precautions against heatstroke such as bringing a hat, towel, and handy cooling fan, drinking plenty of water, consuming an appropriate amount of salt, and taking breaks, as well as taking measures to protect yourself from the cold in case the temperature drops in the evening.
・If you are feeling unwell or become unwell, please inform a member of staff. Also, if you notice any other customers around you showing signs of a sudden change in their health or becoming unwell, please inform a member of staff.
・Please be careful not to overexert yourself when participating.
- The organizers, performers, and facility staff will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation in the event of an emergency.

①Pre-application lottery system "CD purchase numbered ticket"
In order to ease congestion when purchasing CDs, we will be introducing a "CD purchase ticket" system that uses a lottery system for advance application via the LINE app. Customers who wish to purchase CDs must apply in advance. Customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" may not be able to purchase a CD.
In addition, "priority viewing area admission tickets (with serial numbers)" will also be issued via the LINE app.
Please see below for how to issue your "CD purchase ticket" or "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)".

② Priority viewing area admission ticket (first come, first served/numbered)
One ticket per person per transaction will be issued via the LINE app.
*Serial numbers will be assigned randomly, not in order of purchase.
*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited. They cannot be given to everyone who has a "CD purchase ticket."

Customers who pre-order the album "AMAZONIA" will receive tickets to participate in various special events.
Special event participation ticket
■ Air high-five with all members
→If you pre-order any one of the "AMAZONIA" CDs, you will receive one ticket to participate in the air high-touch event.
　
■ Individual member jacket handover event
→If you preorder any two "AMAZONIA" CDs, you will receive one ticket to the CD-selling event.
*CD combinations are free.

*There are two types of special event participation tickets, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.
*Please specify the member to receive your ticket to the individual member's jacket distribution event.

■CD reservations and purchases on the day of the event

[Regarding advance payment for events/products eligible for benefits]
■You can register your reservation from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
To register a reservation, a mobile phone number and an email address are required.

[Details on how to make a deposit reservation]
1) Scan the QR code posted at the venue and open the URL.
*The QR code will be displayed at the venue on the day.*
②Click "Register here" and enter the required information.
(If you are already registered, log in with your email address and password.)
③Select the receiving method.
④Enter the product and quantity you want, add it to your cart, and click [Confirm Order].
※If you are making your first purchase and would like delivery, please add the shipping fee of 1,200 yen to your cart.※
⑤After confirming the details, press [Order].
⑥ A payment number and QR code will be displayed, so please present them at the cashier and pay the reservation fee. If you wish to have your order delivered, please be sure to receive a "shipping receipt."
⑦The payment is now complete and you will be given the benefits (benefit tickets, priority area tickets, etc.) according to your reservation details.
⑧The email you used will be sent to the sender address.
Although the message "Payment is required at the store when you receive the product" appears, there is no need to pay at the store.

*When making a reservation, full payment must be made in advance.
* If you wish to have your items delivered, you can combine them from your second purchase onwards.
If you don't forget to add the ¥1,200 shipping fee to your cart and check out on your first purchase, the ¥1,200 shipping fee will be displayed as sold out from your second purchase onwards, so please add only the items you want to your cart and proceed with your purchase. All purchases that require same-day delivery will be shipped together. (Shipping fees are only charged once.)
*For subsequent purchases, you will need to present the "Shipping Receipt" that was previously given to you.
*We cannot accept any changes, cancellations, returns or refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer convenience. (This also applies to product delays, etc.)

*Receive your product (for customers who wish to receive it in store)
→You can pick it up from the evening before the release date. (It will be available for a 4-week reservation period from the release date.)
→ Open your My Page from the email you received in step ⑧, click on [Order History] at the bottom, and present your order number to the store staff to receive your item.
→Please refrain from having anyone other than the intended recipient receive the package as much as possible. If for some reason you need someone other than the intended recipient to receive the package, the name and phone number of that person are required.

* Receive your item (for customers who wish to have it delivered)
→If you would like the product delivered, it will be shipped to your designated location approximately one week after the release date, however, arrival may be delayed an additional 3-4 days depending on the delivery situation.
*Reservation registration and reception are only valid at the event venue on the day.

[CD reservation notes]
To pick up your reserved items at the event venue at AEON MALL Sakai Teppomachi, please choose from the options below.
・Store pickup: Gyokukodo AEON Mall Sakai Teppocho store (store cannot be specified)
・Home delivery: Delivery fee: 1,200 yen (We do not deliver to hotels or overseas addresses)

*Staff will guide you through the event on the day.
*We will announce the maximum number of tickets that can be reserved per transaction on the day of the event. This is set to allow as many customers as possible to participate.
*The number of "Special Event Participation Tickets" is limited. Distribution will end as soon as the planned number is distributed.
*If the distribution of "Special Event Participation Tickets" has ended after the mini live, there will be no additional CD sales. For details, please check the announcement at the venue on the day.
*When purchasing a CD, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD. (Children can line up together.)
*Items can be picked up at the store from the evening of Tuesday, November 25th onwards.
*The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date, until Thursday, December 25, 2025.
*Products purchased at the event are not eligible for store-specific buyer benefits. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that special tickets for event-targeted products cannot be reserved or held in advance.

[About the mini live]
・During the mini live, you will be allowed to take pictures with your mobile phone or smartphone only for one song designated on the day. We will inform you on the day which songs are allowed to be taken videos. Please note that taking pictures at any other events is prohibited.
・The mini live is free and open to the public, but only in the designated free space at the venue. Viewing outside of the designated area is not permitted.
・Since the venue has limited space, admission may be restricted depending on the situation.

[About the priority viewing area]
・To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need a "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)."
・Please be punctual at the meeting place indicated on the ticket.
・One person per ticket will be guided in the order of the ticket number printed on it.
・Only one numbered ticket will be issued per person, regardless of the number of CDs purchased.
・Ticket numbers will be issued randomly, not in order of purchase.
・Bringing large luggage such as suitcases is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be refused entry.
・The number of numbered tickets is limited.
・Numbered tickets will not be reissued due to a malfunction of your device.
・If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the number behind you.

[Notes regarding viewing the mini live show]
- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms, or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.
・Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from bringing anything that obstructs your view into the venue as it will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.

[Notes regarding the air high-five event]
・Any actions other than air high-five are prohibited.
・During the air high-five event, you will be asked to walk in a single line without stopping. Please follow the instructions of staff and proceed promptly without stopping.
・You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.
・Please bring your belongings with you, but you are not allowed to carry anything in your hands, such as a fan or board. Any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily kept in your custody before you participate.
・If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

[Notes regarding individual member handover events]
・For each hand-over event participation ticket, you will receive a release event exclusive other jacket (each solo design) from one member of your choice.
・Only one member of your choice and one customer will be allowed to participate.
・Contact behavior such as shaking hands or high-fiving is prohibited.
・We cannot hand over letters, gifts, etc.
・You will not be able to bring any luggage with you.
・If you have multiple bonus tickets, we ask that you participate in the event together.
-Please note that individual member hand-over events will be held with plastic sheets (anti-splash sheets) between the members.

[General notes regarding the event]
・Photography, recording, and filming are strictly prohibited except during the performance of songs that are allowed for photography during the mini live. If you are found to be taking photographs, recordings, or filming, you will be asked to delete all filmed, recorded, or filmed data, and you will be banned from entering the event venue in the future as well as that event. Also, please be careful not to point your cell phone, smartphone, or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the event staff, or other customers. If anything suspicious is observed, a staff member will approach you and ask about the situation.
・To enter the priority viewing area and participate in the special event, each customer aged elementary school or older will need one "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)" and one "special event participation ticket."
・Bringing large luggage such as suitcases is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be refused entry.
・Please refrain from occupying seats for long periods of time or obstructing passage in commercial facilities within the event venue. Please observe good manners when participating.
