To commemorate the release of Lienel 2nd major single, "Ai no Dabada," we will be inviting lucky winners who pre-order the eligible product during the period below to a special tour-only event held on the day of Lienel 6th Live Tour 2026 "Romantic Syndrome!!!!!!"!
Furthermore, customers who reserve or purchase eligible products during the period specified below will receive one L-size half-size photo (randomly selected from a total of 6 types) for each CD purchased.

For those who reserve and pay for tickets to the Osaka performance of Lienel tour through the application page on the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE website, we will hold a lottery to invite 5 people from each member (30 people in total) to a live phone call with the members before the show! (You can choose which member you want to call.)
・Participation is open to those who do not have tickets for any of the performances.
- The "Pre-show individual live phone call with a member" will be made around the time the Osaka performance begins, using the phone number registered in the "Member Information" you provided when making your reservation at the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE.
For example, if you have registered both a home phone number and a mobile phone number, the "home phone number" will be used.
For example, if you have only registered your home phone number, the "home phone number" will be used as the valid number.
For example, if only a mobile phone number is registered, the "mobile phone number" will be used as the valid number.
If you are already a registered member of UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE, please confirm that the phone number in your membership information is the phone number you wish to be called from before proceeding with your order.

Customers who have been selected to receive a live phone call are requested to make sure that the "block calls from blocked numbers" setting on the phone to which the phone number was registered is disabled.
If the call cannot be connected due to incorrect registration of your phone number or mistakes in disabling caller ID settings, we will not be able to respond with a callback or similar actions. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

By booking (and completing payment) through Lienel Tour exclusive application page, you will be automatically entered into the contest. No further application is required from the customer.
*Each CD pre-order counts as one entry. There are no limits on the number of purchases or entries. You can purchase and enter as many times as you like.
*Please select and purchase items that are marked "Lienel Tour Limited Promotion Entry Item" when making your purchase. Purchasing regular items will not qualify you for the entry lottery.
*If you pay at a convenience store, your application will only be complete if the payment is completed within the applicable period.

*You will be required to bring one of the "identification documents" specified by the organizer on the day of the event. Please see "Valid Identification Documents" below for details.
*On the day of the event, we will verify your identity at the reception desk, so please prepare one of the following before applying.
*Please note that if your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE membership information does not match your identification document, you may be denied entry.
Additionally, for identity verification, we will confirm that your name and address match the information registered with your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE account.

The end time for the Meet & Greet with all members is yet to be determined. We cannot guarantee transportation or accommodation costs if you are unable to return home by public transport, so please only apply if you have ample time after the event.
If you do not arrive at the designated reception/assembly time for the performance, you may not be able to participate in this event.
・Due to unavoidable circumstances, the performers may change, the event may be canceled, or the content may be altered for any reason. In such cases, no refunds or exchanges will be given for CD products. The same conditions apply if the event is canceled or terminated midway. Please understand this in advance.
No transfers to other venues will be made due to customer convenience.
You cannot directly give presents or fan letters to the person.
During the Meet & Greet with all members, staff may touch your body or belongings to guide you.
This event is open only to the winner (one person). However, preschool-aged children may participate with the winner. The right to participate cannot be bought, sold, or transferred to any third party, including family or friends. If this is discovered, the right to participate will be invalidated. Winning through proxy applications is also not permitted.
In that case, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges for the CD product.
Please strictly adhere to the following "Notes" when participating in this event. If a participant violates the following "Prohibited Actions," or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse their participation.
