★Customers who purchased through the "ICEx COOLer BOX" member pre-sale (1st/2nd round) or the "+KIRARI" member pre-sale
Ticket collection: Tickets will be issued via EBiDAN official app, "EBiDAN OFFICIAL APP".

To receive tickets through the "EBiDAN Official App," you must register for a Plus member ID (free of charge).
After the electronic ticket starts displaying, you will need the "receipt number" and "exchange number" listed in the ticket issuance start notification email you receive from Ticket Plaza.
