[Important] Our company's rights protection policy regarding affiliated artists

Thank you very much for your continued warm support of our artists.

To maintain an environment in which our affiliated artists can focus on their creative and performing arts activities with peace of mind, and at the same time protect a space in which fans can enjoy supporting them in a healthy manner, we have established the following rights protection policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Regarding defamation and invasion of privacy

We strictly prohibit the dissemination of baseless and false information about our affiliated artists on the internet and social media, defamation and abusive language, and acts that infringe on their privacy (such as stalking, following them when they are traveling, and identifying and revealing their personal information). These actions not only deeply harm the artists' physical and mental well-being, but may also constitute serious crimes such as defamation and obstruction of business, or civil torts.

2. Unauthorized use of portraits and copyrighted works

The likenesses (photographs, videos, illustrations, etc.), names, logos, and official merchandise of our affiliated artists are protected by legal rights such as portrait rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, and design rights. Using these without our permission, or manufacturing, selling, or distributing merchandise (including digital content and printed materials) related to them, whether for a fee or free of charge, constitutes an infringement of these rights. Furthermore, using these materials to train AI is also prohibited.

3. Posting to social media and secondary use

Images, videos, audio, and other content published on official websites, official social media accounts, fan clubs, etc., are protected by rights such as portrait rights, publicity rights, and copyrights. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, modification, and posting/distribution of this content on social media, etc., is prohibited in principle.

[Regarding legal action against malicious infringement of rights]

We constantly monitor for any actions that violate this policy or threaten the dignity of our affiliated artists.

In cases where this policy is violated and malicious posts that defame artists, persistent slander, infringement of portrait rights or privacy, or serious infringement of rights for commercial purposes are confirmed, we will take strict legal action immediately, including civil claims for damages and criminal prosecution, without prior warning.

We kindly ask all fans to understand this policy and offer their warm support while respecting proper etiquette, in order to protect the rights of our valued artists.
