For those who hold tickets for the relevant performance, we will be conducting a pre-purchase of official merchandise that can be picked up at the venue.

*This sale is not a pre-order where tickets will be delivered to your home before the performance.

Please note that tickets must be purchased in advance and picked up at the venue on the day.

*Please refrain from using the facilities if you do not have a ticket for the relevant performance. (We will check your ticket at the entrance.)

*Products eligible for advance purchase and venue pickup will be sold with priority given to those who purchase in advance and pick up at the venue.

On the day of the performance, items will be sold at the venue sales booth after the "Pre-purchase/Venue Pickup" reception has closed, and only items that are in stock will be sold. If the number of items available is limited or if all items are sold out, there may be no sales at the venue.

《How to purchase in advance and pick up at the venue》

1. Add the desired product to your cart and select the time you would like to receive it on the order process screen.

●To use venue pickup or advance application reception, please log in using your "Plus member ID" or the email address linked to your "Plus member ID."

If you have not yet registered for a "Plus member ID", please register before making your purchase.

Payment methods are credit card or convenience store payment (prepayment) only.

●If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee will be charged.

●If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline is the "order date" plus "within one day."

If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system, so please place the order again.

If you place an order on the closing date, please be aware of the payment deadline.

②Pick up at the venue on the day of the performance

Please prepare the following two items and complete the pickup process at the designated pickup counter inside the venue within the time you have selected.

1. The QR code displayed on the "Purchase History Details Page" in "MY PAGE"

*Please make sure to have your order number handy when you receive your order.

2. Identification document (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)

*You will only be required to present identification documents if verification is required to receive your item.

●Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day of the performance, items will be sold from the stock of those who have purchased in advance and picked up at the venue, so they may be sold out or there may be a limited number of items available. ●Please be sure to select a pickup time when you are available to receive the item. Please note that if you miss your scheduled pickup time slot, your item may be delivered to a later date for an additional fee.

●A venue pickup fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged when using this service.

If you use convenience store payment, there will be a venue pick-up fee and a convenience store payment fee.

When you order, the following fees will be added to your "handling fee": Less than 30,000 yen: 275 yen (tax included) / Over 30,000 yen: 440 yen (tax included).

●The handover time may vary depending on the customer's workload.

●If you are unable to receive your parcel by the designated time due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the nearest staff member at the venue and follow their instructions. Please note that even if you contact them, your parcel may still be delivered outside of the designated time.

Shipping fee 880 yen + shipping handling fee 1,100 yen [total 1,980 yen]

*For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee is 1,100 yen (total 3,080 yen)

●We do not accept any cancellations after payment has been made.

●If the shipping fee is revised, the revised fee will apply. Please note in advance.

●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations will not be accepted.

In that case, we will deliver the product to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date for a fee.

In this case, just as if you were not able to pick up the item at the venue, we will send the item to you by cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please pay and collect the item.

The fees may change depending on the situation.

Returns and exchanges for items other than defective products are not allowed. If there is a defect in the product, exchanges will only be handled on the same day at the venue, so please check the product after receiving it.

If you wish to exchange the item at a later date, you may be required to pay the shipping costs.
