All-member photo session: A photo session with all members. (One participation ticket for all members)


The following actions are strictly prohibited at release events.


<Prohibited acts>




  • Taking photographs/recording audio/video

  • Taking up space in a waiting line or cutting in line (including cutting in line by inviting a companion to join you)

  • Transfer and resale of event tickets and proxy purchase and reservation of products

  • Any other prohibited acts listed in the notes below.


If any of the above prohibited acts are discovered, we will take the following measures:




  • Confiscation of all photo session participation tickets

  • Prohibition from participating in the event on that day (and in some cases, prohibition from participating in any future events)


We may withhold personal information.

[How to participate in the event]


From 10:00 on Wednesday, May 8th, customers who purchase designated products at HMV & BOOKS SHIBUYA will receive a "Participation ticket for the group photo session."


■Participation ticket for the photo session: 1 ticket for purchasing the regular edition + first edition A + first edition B


*We expect many customers to come to the store to purchase CDs.
Therefore, as a safety measure to avoid congestion and minimize queues, we will be holding a lottery system where people apply in advance to enter each time slot.


*If you wish to purchase a CD with a participation ticket for the photo session for all members, please make sure to apply for a "CD purchase numbered ticket" in advance. Customers who do not have a "CD purchase numbered ticket" will not be able to purchase.


*A "CD purchase ticket" is required to purchase the CD that comes with a photo session participation ticket for everyone. Even if you apply for multiple CDs, you will only be able to purchase one CD purchase ticket for the event per person.


*When purchasing a CD that includes a photo session participation ticket for everyone, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD and who has the "CD purchase numbered ticket." (Preschool children can line up together.)


*Please refrain from staying up all night or waiting around the venue from early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to the surrounding area. Depending on the situation, the event may be canceled.

<Payment method for products>


*Payment must be made by cash, credit card, or compatible electronic money. Points, parking discounts, and other discount services are not applicable.


*We are unable to accept reservations or hold items in advance by phone or other means.


*Please note that if your special event participation ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will not be reissued.


*Under any circumstances, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for products due to customer's own reasons. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product after checking.
*Please note that we cannot accept changes to products after purchase.


[Special event details]


■All-member photo session: A photo session with all members. (One participation ticket for all members)


▼If you are participating in the special event, please be sure to read the notes before participating.


*You cannot specify poses or facial expressions for the members. In addition, making them hold or wear objects is also prohibited. The designated poses will be announced at the venue on the day.


*Photos will be taken only with the member and one participating customer.


*Staff will take your camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device. You will not be allowed to take photos with other devices (instax, digital cameras, film cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, etc.). Please make sure you can launch the camera app immediately before lining up for the special event.


* Film cameras, digital cameras, and other specialized photography equipment cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will take great care when handling mobile phones, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.


*The camera mode must be the normal one when taking photos. The use of apps, etc. is prohibited.


*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.


*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.


*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "Photo Session Participation Ticket for Everyone" will be required per person.


*If a preschool child is participating, there will be one preschool child per guardian. In that case, please have the child sit on the guardian's lap when taking photos.


*Please note that you are not allowed to bring any baggage during the photo shoot. Any items that the staff deems dangerous will be temporarily stored before the shoot. Please note that you will not be allowed to bring fans, boards, etc.


*If you are using an iPhone device (or if you are using a device that does not have an iPhone but has iOS installed), please hand the camera over to the staff member who will receive the camera with the home screen displayed, not with the camera turned on. The staff member will check and operate the screen recording and audio recording functions to make sure they are not operating. Since the screen recording function will not start unless the device is operated for the purpose of recording the screen, if the screen recording function is operating when the staff member checks the device after collecting the bonus ticket, it will be deemed to be an "intentional attempt to record a video of the shooting bonus and to interfere with the smooth operation and progress of the event", and the recording function will be stopped and the device will be returned to you without taking a photo of the bonus event. In that case, the bonus ticket will be collected as it is and will not be returned, so please be careful. All data taken during or after the shooting with recording actions other than still images = video recording, audio recording, screen capture function (e.g. iOS Live Photos function, screen recording function, etc.) = turned on will be deleted, and only the device will be returned to you as it is.


*Please make sure to turn off the "preview shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Preview shooting" from the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Be sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode. Please note that in some cases the order in which we guide you to shoot may change in order to check the settings.


*If the on-site staff suspects that you are using a function other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all running apps. If you are performing any operations on your device, be sure to save your work and close the app before lining up, and make sure that no apps other than the camera are running. (Please operate the device yourself before taking the photo. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by closing the app.)


*As a general rule, reshooting is not possible. There may be cases where the staff decides to ask you to take a photo again. In that case, we will take the photo again first and then completely delete the first photo data. If you are using an iPhone, please also delete it from the "Recently Deleted Files" folder. In particular, if you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you come back, so please understand this in advance and be sure to check for any problems immediately after taking the photo.


*We do not recommend using the flash/strobe function on smartphones, tablets, etc. If the image becomes washed out or dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot retake the image, so we recommend that you turn off the flash function and set it to a mode that allows you to shoot in natural light.


*Please turn off the live function mode on your smartphone and hand it over to a member of staff.


*Please note that depending on the angle, staff and equipment may appear in the background. Please note that you cannot move the shooting location.


*Please note that customers who have finished taking photos or customers who are not the subject of the photo shoot are not allowed to meet or stand near the photo location.


*Please cooperate so that we can take wonderful photos within the limited time.


▼Notes regarding special events and other events in general


*Wearing masks during the special event will be left to the individual's discretion.


*Please understand that some members may not be able to participate due to their physical condition on the day. Please note that the special event is an event to show our gratitude to those who purchased our products, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.


*If the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.


*The "Photo Session Participation Ticket for Everyone" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.


*If time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line clears. Also, once we set the end of the line, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.


*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.


*On the day of the event, we will refuse entry to anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who has cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.


*Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In that case, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.


*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.


[Other notes]


*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.


*Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If you are observed engaging in such behavior, you will be asked to move away.


*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft that occurs inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.


*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.


*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs etc. will be borne by the customer.


*The event time may vary slightly.


*Please refrain from handing letters or gifts directly to the members.


*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.


*Please refrain from any actions that disrupt the event or any surprise plans that you have devised, as this may cause confusion.


*Entry into the plantings and other areas within the venue is strictly prohibited.


*The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) is strictly prohibited.


*The act of reserving a spot using baggage, sheets, etc. is strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.


*If complaints are received from the police or venue, the event may be canceled.


*People who are drinking alcohol or under the influence of alcohol will be strictly prohibited from entering the event venue.


*Please eat, drink, and smoke in designated areas.


*Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited.


*Please take your trash home with you.


*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. There is also a possibility that customers may be filmed. Filmed content may be published on TV, in newspapers, on the Internet, etc.


*The venue will be inside a shopping mall. Please be considerate of customers who are not participating in the event.


*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the content of the event.


If these precautions are not followed, the event may be canceled.
